Amazing customer service.
The team were very helpful with finding out initial information for the parts needing to be ordered.
When several items arrived damaged, replacements were issued swifly to minimise delays (thank you Hayley!).

No problem delivery to house with narrow access
Quick turnaround and they sent delivery on a smaller truck as I live in a rural area with narrow access, they dropped the plasterboards using a forklift instead of a pump truck right on my drive, boards were shrink wrapped in case of bad weather, great job, I will use them again

The goods I ordered were very good…
The goods I ordered were very good quality and the turn around with the order was very good build for less were very good . However the delivery driver left my delivery literally just inside my drive I had spoken to the driver who had said he needed a signature I said ask my neighbour and put them near the shed he hung up ..I was at work so I didn’t expect delivery to be there and nearly ran over the lot (roofing) when I returned very bad and whole lot could have been stolen as right near the road 🤬

A very happy customer
I was very pleased with the quality of the products (internal oak doors), prices were very competitive, and the goods were delivered as ordered and on time. Delivery driver was very helpful and friendly (not sure if he is directly employed by the company). A great result - I would use BSO again without hesitation

Building supplies online helped us choose what items to buy and how much so we did not have more than we needed they are reasonably priced and the delivery was spot-on quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use this company again.
