I was told in an email it has no frame just a cover. It has a frame as well and the frame size is 600mm x 450mm. The cover is smaller. No effort to make a clear description or more pictures, but they made an effort to increase the price after I bought it. The item is small but good, the description is bad.

I bought a Bath Tub after 2 years gone…
I bought Roca Bathtub from BSO, but after 2 years it gone rusty, while it supposed to be stainless steel... I contacted customer service and initally I've been told that the previous owners went into admistration and they won't replace it. Thankfully, Hayley from sales stepped in, and with support from Roca After Sales Care Team they went above and beyond to assist in facilitating the replacement. Altrough it took some time and convincing I am very delighted and highly recomend the service, especially aftercare following previous vendor going out of business.

This website has been under new management for less than two years, as the previous company went into administration.
As we explained on the phone and via email, your order was placed before this change of ownership occurred, hence, your order was not placed through us, therefore we could not assist you.
However, we also advised that you should liaise directly with the manufacturer who will be able to assist in relation to the issues you are facing with your product.

Quality products, Priced competitively and delightful to work with
I have worked with Hayley for the last 3 years and no matter how big (understandable) or small (and i get pretty small) she has ALWAYS provided me with great efficient help to get the right product at the right price, with a quick turn around, because i've ordered too late for my programme. I always go to them for my insulation and even though i always get alternative prices in every case they have been the most competitive...I now sometimes don't even bother with check prices and save myself a bit of effort
