Thought I'd try this place out. 1st off, their prices are almost 2 times what Home Depot has!! N then the stock was going to have additional shipping costs! Not sure what they are trying to do here, but I'd hoped this newer company was going to help us save money. No luck

Hi Alice. True, if you are a bargain hunter, don't use our same-day express sourcing service... It is a full-service solution for contractors who need something ASAP. However, you should checkout our price discovery site. Once you are on our product on the website, check out the button that says "discover deals". Think of this as a Google Flights for building materials. We list the price of all items from all of your nearby Home Depot and Lowe's stores so you can find the lowest price and purchase it yourself. You would be surprised, sometimes there are big price differences between different stores even from the same brand. I think this would be a much better option for you! It should make your price shopping much easier... It is currently in beta testing, so we would always love to have feedback if something doesn't work properly. We plan on coming out with a browser extension as well, to make it even easier soon. Hope you find it useful.

Hi Jim. I understand your frustration going through the checkout and order process, only to be notified shortly after that the items selected were out of stock. This happens from time to time, roughly 3% of our orders. Our inventory systems aren't always perfect, especially for some items that may have been closed-outs, overstock or other materials such as those you selected. We're doing our best to keep our systems as updated as possible, but we track 20m products per day and it takes a ton of horsepower to keep it updated every hour. Apologies again for the disappointment.

Cracked Birdbath
My birdbath had a Crack causing it to leak and I reported it after delivery. I had a brand new replacement delivered about 3 hours after my report. Amazing service!!
