Ordered a beautiful VIRIDASIUS FASCIATUS - Ornamental wandering spider from BugzUK. I’m blown away with how fast delivery was, ordered on 23rd sept arrived on 25th sept. Packaged brilliantly. 100% I will be buying more from BugzUK x

Fantastic guys. Purchased two snails at a recent event. One passed away the same day and the other passed away a couple of days later. Very unfortunate. I contacted them to let them know. I had no expectations in all honesty as I know show purchases can be a tricky one with sellers. A few days later a package arrived with two incredibly healthy and happy snails that are eating me out of house and home. Really appreciate them going above and beyond!

Great experience with BugzUK. Seller was happy to arrange a Saturday delivery for me. Items were well packaged with a heat pack, and the manti arrived healthy. Will be using again.

However, I would me more comfortable as a buyer with a live on arrival guarantee which does not come with an additional delivery charge - even if this means adding a small charge to all orders to cover the small fraction that have issues. I imagine this is less than 10% so would be less than £1 per order (given a ~£10.50 delivery charge)

1. Ordered and paid for L4/5 spiny flowered praying mantis on 12 oct 2024, (only 1 in stock) based on BUGZUK t&c’s order should have been dispatched 15/10/24
2. 16/10/24 I emailed asking to be advised on order. Original invoice attached. The response was “ what kind of advice are you looking for?” I replied “the order”
3. They responded, “item despatched”. I checked with tracking, they in fact despached 2 hours after my email!! That was against thier own t&c.
4. What arrived at best was L2/3 reason it was important was “food” L2/3 TOO SMALL FOR GREENBOTTLES which I had for other mantis.
5. BUGZ attitude was to deny it and try to convince me it was a breed thing! The size and colour are the obvious give away.
6. I now had a sweet little thing but no fruit fly to feed it. Had they just admitted they missed the order and sent a few fruit fly, I did point that out to them but they were adamant.
I ordered next day delivery from “swell” and found a small greenbottle that I took the wings off and dazed it a bit (I know, bit brutal) I put that in its tiny arms and it tucked in.
I exchanged further emails but they remained belligerent. Next day I received a “bursting with life fruit flys from swell” and low and behold a small container of mostly DEAD fruit flies which I assume was from BUGZUK, not sure if that was their idea of being belligerent or of “customer service”

Just bought 5 tomato vampire crabs i asked hopefully nice 😅 for them to give me 3 females and 2 males and they did so pleased they even labeled them which is which gender I'm so glad they did they were all healthy and alive couldn't be happier 😊 sending lots of love to this company and am going to be buying more crabs/bugs in the future

What an excellent day out. Took our grandson for a birthday treat, he loved every minute, as did we. Sheds are well laid out, lots of bugs, lots of information and lots of jokes. Had a brilliant talk from the owner about the leaf cutting ants, very informative. Then Grandson had the handling session, fantastic, lots to see, hold and excellent staff with lots of knowledge to impart. Cafe serves a varied menu, food cooked and presented well. Plenty of space for the little ones to burn off some energy, little park, bouncing pillow and go carts to race around in. New butterfly house expected next year so will be back then.

What a fantastic experience, we loved it. More enclosures to come this year and next. Definitely going back. Very good cafe. Brilliant value for money all round. 👍

Had no ideal what to expect when arriving, the ‘huts’ looked small, but when entering it was like entering a Tardis. There was so much to see, unbelievable. We spent several hours there. The ‘ant talk’ was absolutely fascinating. The cafe was very smart and a lovely gift shop. I’ll not say anymore, just GO THERE, you won’t regret it. We are definitely going back.

Stopped in on a whim on the way home from Norwich so pleased we did had a fantastic time!

Will defo come back in the future when more is added or just to see the gorgeous spiders again

I wasn't sure I would like it, but I loved it. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. It's fascinating, we even handled some of the creatures. I will be back in the new year to see how the improvements are doing. Thank you all.

I purchased a praying mantis, some crickets and some other bits via the website and everything arrived safe and sound on time with recorded delivery. They were prompt to respond via email to my questions. Very pleased customer here and I would highly recommend these guys.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when we booked but had an awesome time. The staff are really informative and friendly. They clearly all love their jobs and are passionate about the animals. It said you’d need a couple of hours to look round but tbh we could have doubled that as there were lots of enclosures tanks and each animal was interesting to watch & read about. I really enjoyed seeing the leaf cutter ants and the animal handling was great.
The site is clearly brand new and the attractions themselves were great. They had the giant jumping pillows installed that weekend which the kids loved. They fully admit they are a work in progress and have very clear plans on what they want to do. This would be an awesome school trip and we would definitely go again if we are this way of lived closer. A real gem. I really wish them the best as what they are creating is awesome!

Reasonably wheelchair friendly. Excellent play area. Very good cafe and gift shop.
Excellent staff. Clean toilets. Good value for money.

An incredible zoo, well designed and modern.
We had a 45 minute handling session for just £2 a person, which was very informative.
There are 3 buildings at the moment, with promise of more to come.
1 of the buildings has what must be the best Leaf Cutter Ant exhibit I've ever seen, and another has a very impressive nocturnal house, which includes some UV lights you can turn on to see the scorpions glow!
We also had a lovely lunch in the cafe while we were there. All in all, an amazing time!

This is our first visit but certainly will be repeated in the near future. The pinned exhibits so beautiful the Ant Kingdom incredibly interesting with the right amount of information delivered in a way that held children and adults attention! The handling experience was also memorable if a little scary for some of us!
The staff are all enthusiastic kind and polite adding much to the experience and topped off with a cafe providing good food at a reasonable price enjoyed by all.
Definitely worth 5 stars

Incredible place to visit. We went here on the off-chance, not expecting very much but were totally blown away.

Amazing invertibrates on display, the handling demo was fantastic, the exhibits were presented just right to keep adults and children interested.

Really helpful, engaging and friendly staff just topped off the experience. We will decinitely visit again.

Wonderful place. We had a lovely day; delicious food, amazing animals, fun play area and helpful staff. My children, and I, really enjoyed the handling session. Thank you.

Great cafe and amazing gift shop. Will be back to explore the bugs next time!
