My first thought was, "what can I say about a battery purchase?". But thinking further, it was actually one of the top experiences I've had finding and purchasing something in the internet. The BudgetBatteries.com site came up in a Google(TM) search for my FiOS network backup battery in the top ten. It was easy to navigate the site and place my order. The price was comparable to a few other vendors. I was happiest when the order arrived much, much sooner than I expected (like 3-4 days instead of 3-4 weeks!). Thank you :)

Shopping on line, I decided to place an order with Budget Batteries. They had exactly what I wanted and the price was better than others for the same item. I called to verify a question before ordering, and was treated politely and my question was answered quickly and completely.

My on-line order was confirmed immediately via e-mail, and reconfirmed when actual shipment was mede. The battery arrived within three days via UPS, as promised, in excellent condition. The order was complete and included adequate instructions for proper preparation and installation. The battery appeared to equal the original equipment battery.

I don't order this item frequently, but would not hesitate to re order from Budget Batteries again.

It is as if I was talking to a wall. A person named ABE would not listen to me, even in the end when I admitted I selected the wrong product, all I wanted was for BB to send me the right product. His condescending attitude and smart remarks, and one threat and convicting me if I bad mouthed BB... was the last straw. In fairness, I had told him I would tell my friends on facebook not to use BB, which incidently I had recommended to all my friends and family and many are still Facebook Fans on your page.

Thus, I took my business elsewhere. My loss? Perhaps, but I would rather PAY MORE and get what I need, than be talked to like I was and not be listened to.

Easy and reliable purchase

This was exactly what I wanted and it came as promised...

By ordering the batteries that we needed for our home telephone was so easy through the website. The time and cost it saved us from buying another telephone was worth it.

I needed new batteries for my telephone so I just E-mailed Budget Batteries and gaave them my order. I would have called them first instead of E-mail but I did not have their telephone number.

The service is not only great and fast but the people are very cordial as if they were old friends.

My only suggestion is that you put your telephone number on your packing list. I am glad that I had your e-mail address on my contact list. Thank you.

I placed an order for a battery for my rechargeable lantern. I was informed it would be sent by UPS ground service. It was taking it a little longer to reach me I thought, so I called to check on it, a courteous representive checked on it while I waited on the phone. He informed me that it had been held up due to bad weather. I appreciate his extra effort with my order.

I was buying from another scource, But these batteries seem to work as well and is a cheaper, I will buy from this dealer the next time I need batteries.
