I’ve been using BuckyDrop for roughly 6 months, any and all questions I’ve had are promptly answered by my account assistant. They’ve never let me down and always put me first. The processing of items is always smooth and if my supplier is of poor quality I’m always able to get a refund when ordering through BuckyDrop. Would 100% recommend especially if you have quality concerns.

I’ve had no serious issues using BuckyDrop, any issues or problems I’ve had I’ve been able to get resolved. My personal account assistant Lola has been brilliant always providing highly detailed answers and responses. I would recommend to anyone, their refund process with poor products is brilliant and you shouldn’t have any fears if you can’t fully trust a 1688 supplier.
