Major faults shortly after purchase and very poor handling of rejection

Purchased a Range Rover in December which developed multiple issues shortly after purchase, including an oil leak, warning lights, electrical faults, and drivability concerns. Within approximately two months, the vehicle suffered a complete engine failure requiring a replacement engine.
The vehicle was returned and initially rejected, and I was advised the matter would be resolved. I acted on this advice, including returning the V5C.
However, around three weeks later the position changed and liability was disputed, leading to an independent engineer inspection. The process has now been ongoing for over 10 weeks.
The engineer has confirmed severe engine failure, although there remains disagreement regarding responsibility.
This has resulted in significant inconvenience, financial impact, and a prolonged period without a vehicle.
The matter is currently being pursued through the formal complaints process with the finance company.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to proceed with caution and ensure thorough checks when purchasing.

AMAZING

i brought a car bsb cars in kirkby in ashfield and i cant thank them enough i would really recomend theses guys will do anything to make there custmers life easy eveything from finding the car to selling the car all cars are well looked after and all keped up to date on the mots and service

Absolutley ridiculous dealership - avoid at all costs

Absolutley ridiculous dealership. I was lookng at a Porsche Panamera, and wanted to trade in my own Panamera which was 2 years older. They started off by offering me about 25% less for my car than other dealerships were offering. They were obviously going to take it off me and put it up for full retail, and make a great margin. When I told him what other dealerships were offering, he was very patronising and rude.

I have dealt with a lot of dealers in my time, but these guys are awful. Absolute dell boy approach to custoemr service and lack any tact when dealing with people.

Their car was well priced but I would not buy off someone I could not trust. Dodged a bullet!

Avoid at all costs …

We bought a Range Rover Sport for almost £19,000 on 19 April. This broke down on 6 August. I reported this to them immediately and nothing was done to help, stating that the extended warranty sold to me replaces their rights to me under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which is incorrect. They continue to refuse to offer me a repair or replacement, leaving a mum of a one year old without a vehicle. Disgusting.

Porsche Panamera… Bad Experience

I recently purchased a Porsche Panamera from Shiv Bajaj of BSB CARS LIMITED. The car cost circa 17,990 GBP. This was paid in full in cash, GREAT BRITISH POUNDS.
The service i received to start with was all good, proper car salesman lip service. The usual about how good his company were and how they prided there self in customer service / care etc.
This was all good and well until i got the car. This guy sold me the car with a battery that would only take a charge up to 29% (it was checked by a battery specialist in Musselburgh - FARMER AUTOCARE - very respected company). This fault came to light around 12 days after the car was delivered. The lad Shiv is nothing more than full of patter, he never lived up to his GREAT AFTER CARE SERVICE HE PROMISED. (miles off it- disgraceful)
He squirmed and talked his way out of every single bit of help (LIES) that he mentioned. He even started going on about FCA Agreements and HMRC..... Absolutely nothing to do with anything at all. The guy has no idea how to go about buisness never mind customer care. He talks the talk until he has your money. He even had the audacity to offer me 8500 GBP for my car , yeah 8500 after 2-3 months of purchasing it from him for just under 18,000. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AS HES AN ABSOLUTE CHANCER AND IVE NO IDEA WHY HE HAS 5 STARS. HES NOT GOT A CLUE ABOUT AFTERSALES OR AFTER CARE , NOTHING MADE SENSE ABOUT THE EMAILS AND WHATSAPP I HAVE SAVED, HE BASICALLY SQUIRMED AND SQUEELED ABOUT THIS BATERY INSTEAD OF BEING STRAIGHT UP AND REPLACING IT. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR THE CHEAP WAY OUT AND THIS REFELCTS ON HIS WHOLE ATTITUDE ON CAR SALES. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY WITH A PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH. WHATEVER YOU DO , DO NOT BUY A HIGH-END PERFORMANCE CAR FROM HIM AS HES DEFINATELY NOT EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH ANY AFTER-CAR SALES ISSUES AT ALL. HES NOT EXPERIENCED IN ANY OF THIS SO PLEASE BEWARE. IF YOU REQUIRE TO SEE ANY PROOF OF CONVERSATIONS BETWEEN MYSELF AND SHIV BAJAJ OF BSB CARS LTD THEN DONT HESITATE AND I WILL SEND. PLEASE WATCH WHAT YOUR DOING IF YOUR THINKING ON BUYING FROM THIS GUY. NO GO..!!!!!
