Great company, would definitely recommend. Staff are always happy to help and nothing is to much trouble. They also have a Hampshire Branch too and we use them for our Southampton office. Perfect if you have multi sites.

Good communication, worked well in good time, tidied up after themselves. Explained the system well, came back the next day, to explain the arming of the alarm.

The company I work at recently received a fire risk assessment from BS1. They gave us great feedback on how to improve and were friendly. We had a few questions about our fire extinguishers which they then checked while out for us too. Thank you!

TERRIBLE! These guys do more damage than good and charge for work that has not been completed. Office is unresponsive and rude! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Never answer the phone or reply to emails, not even sure the company are still trading as the new office is always closed and the engineers I have contacted have now left the company. Very poor!
