Very easy process booking my skip and Hannah explained everything in detail. Skip was delivered on the day I requested it and was placed where I had arranged. Then one phone call to book a removal and skip was removed as asked.

I’m Andy McEwen driving for Stobart container devision and On arrival at Brown Recycling at Nevada Lane Burslem I was instructed once on-site to follow Banks-man Shaggy’s instructions to be backed onto the ramp on-site for loading , he used clear and procise instructions for a prompt docking and loading… solid job 👍

I visited Brown's again today. Mark on the weighbridge is a top bloke. He explains everything well and is happy to help.

As a new driver, Shaggy made me feel at ease with the process of getting into the yard. He was very helpful and calming. All round great guy. Thank you, Steve

Shaggy was the lad who was at the entrance of Brown's when i arrived and it was my first time at browns. He went above and beyond to be help with health and safety. He was so helpful and polite and showed me where i was going etc.

My name's Jamie, I'm a HGV driver for Midland Container. My first time attending Brown recycling however Shaggy was fantastic. The reverse onto the bay is blind however he was very knowledgeable and got me on with one shunt. Thanks shaggy.

First time visit in a very long time ,upon arrival every thing expected of me was explained in a manor anyone could understand, upon arriving at the bailing yard I met by a guy named shaggy who could teach a few others a lesson or to in how to treat people ,he showed nothing but respect for me and guided me on to the loading ramp in one attempt owing to his understanding of how a truck manoeuvres in a confined space .
This man is a credit to the company and made the visit to browns as easy and safe as possible for all involved.

Nice quick load, a blindside reverse onto ramp was made simple by the loader 'Shaggy', very friendly and helpful, a credit to the company.

Was met at the gate by the site foreman /manager i think he was then told shaggy will be a banksman for me. He was helpful but mainly polite which is a rarerity at some company's. I weighed in and out on the weighbridge where mark was working yet again polite helpful it makes the job we do easier

Upon arriving at brown recycling in stoke-up-trent i was greeted by a well mannered gentleman named shaggy. He was so helpful in explaining how the site works and also been a great banksman. I wish everybody was has jolly as shaggy was.
