I'm not sure what they're doing
I'm not sure what they're doing. I've emailed them company collections notices to me, like I was supposed to, but I've never heard from them. In one case the company stopped contacting me. The other company continues to contact me. I appreciate the help that they're doing. But the true rating will come at the end when everything is done, or I should say, if everything is done without any lawsuits? For the most part, I feel they are doing what they've promised. But communication could be a wee bit better.

They lied about the process
They lied about the process, ran my credit score into the ground, refused to communicate what was going on with my accounts, and gave me the run around when I pushed them. I received messages to call their customer service only to have them read what was on the portal to me with no update on communications with the credit card companies. Brookhaven is a SCAM. In a reasonable society, they would not exist.
