From walking through the door Helen made us feel welcome. The room was fantastic and the evening meal we had was exceptional, certainly better than you would find from a chain hotel. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The staff were friendly and made us feel at home. I would certainly recommend a visit, even if you don’t stay go for a meal.

Comfortable air conditioned rooms and a well stocked bar.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our dog, we were put in a ground floor room right next to a door that led out onto beautiful gardens. The room was lovely and spacious and staff welcoming. Our dog was a nervous rescue so they kindly let us eat in the games room so away from lots of people. The food was delicious and the chef even came out to see us and made friends with our dog.
Would definitely visit again.

I got married here on the 21/06/24 and the day was perfect! Nothing was too much for the staff and they all have great customer service! Food was beautiful as well couldn’t fault it! All of my guests complemented the venue, staff and food so thank you so much!

A shout of to Eddie who looked after me and my husband the day of our wedding! Very lovely person! He also stayed up late in the residential bar and was still up early in the morning serving our breakfast! Thank you so much!

This venue was just perfect for our event. The staff and attention to detail were amazing. The reception, the meal, the evening's entertainment were professionally sequenced, just perfect for all. Our room was splendid also. This is the perfect place to have your wedding reception. Highly recommended.

We werw booked into a room, on entering the room it haven't been cleaned and bins not emptied, seen Helen on Reception she was amazing and got us another room, on arrival to this room there were dirty towels, the staff immediately changed them, bar prices changed every time we got a drink, very expensive ,Helen booked us a taxi and we went else were for drinks, I took a spa bath and after draining there was a lot of black gunk can only imagine it came from the jet pipes!! Overall not a great stay and we definitely will not be back

Returned again for one of Brook Hall Hotel’s Christmas parties and, again, a brilliant night. Can’t recommend highly enough. The food was delicious, a lovely atmosphere, the decorations and table settings were spot on. But it is the staff that make it. They cannot do enough for you, so friendly, helpful, approachable but still professional. Well done to all involved in the events. Our group will definitely be returning for other events. Found this little gem in Cheshire in middle of country side. Lovely and full of character staff were so helpful nothing too much trouble very welcoming. We were going to go out for dinner but found the hotel too nice to leave and had a lovely dinner there instead. We only stayed 1 night but was very enjoyable and best hotel we have stayed at in a long time. Would definitely recommend it and we will be returning in the future for a longer stay.

Firstly I would like to thank Helen. Helen truly went above and beyond to accommodate me in a tricky situation. The hotel as a whole is lovely. The room was spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom facilities were great. With a lovely bath with the option of bubbles if you fancy a mini jacuzzi. All the staff I spoke to were kind, professional and very helpful. If you are needing to stay over in this area LOOK NO FURTHER. They truly care about their customers making for great customer service. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again. Thank you to you all at Brook Hill Hotel. Brilliant place,really enjoyed my stay. Nice and quiet comfortable and all the staff I met where really friendly and happy to chat. I will definitely be going back.

Just come home from a lovely 2 night break, wonderfully relaxing hotel, beautifully set in lovely grounds, great food with great friendly service, lovely room with large comfy bed and a jacuzzi bath, a lovely 15 minute walk to the rail station for a cheap day out in Chester. Will certainly be visiting again 😊

I’m afraid that Helen, the owner, needs to take a course in how to be hospitable to guests. She has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Pam, Gary, most of the breakfast staff and the guy on the bar on Friday 2nd, were all fabulous, but Saturday was a totally different story. The food was dreadful, I’ve no idea who cooked it. The barman didn’t know how to pull a pint or open a bottle of Prosecco, a couple of guests had to show him…I could go on, but that’s enough negativity. It’s a shame, as it’s a lovely hotel

Lovely room, facilities and very helpful staff. We had an issue with the jacuzzi bath but it was dealt with promptly, without fuss and with a smile. Definitely can recommend, we will return.

Exceptional customer service both for the hotel and the restaurant the staff cannot do enough to please.

Christmas meal was wonderful compliments to the chef(s) for that and the other meals during my 4 months staying there.

Rooms are really comfortable the best I have found in the area.
