Bristol Window Film Services Omdömen

A great service from Bristol Window Film Services, from initial contact for a quote, to the fitting and some adjustments that we wanted after the fitting. Communication was always clear and Mitch always got back to us within a day and kept us updated on timings if he was held up or potentially arriving early. Extremely helpful and polite. Would recommend for sure.

Employed BristolWindow Film Services as had a young Minature Schnauzer puppy driven mad by antics of squirrels and birds on land at back of house.Read up that fitting frosted window film can easily go wrong.Mitch and colleague Matt very personable to deal with, very straightforward both before and during install and carried out very professional and competent installation. They obviously know their stuff.

We had the pleasure of using Mitch to fit our privacy film. He was extremely helpful in advising us our best options to fit with what we were looking for. We opted for the smoke tint which gives a stylish finish to our windows which are black framed. The view of the film from inside out is hardly noticeable but the privacy it gives us in the day exactly what we required. We would highly recommend Bristol Window Film Services if you were looking for privacy film.

I submitted an enquiry through their website and got a response within 24 hours. Mitch gave me the different options, but he understood my concerns and ensured I chose the best option for our windows. They were quick to install, and Matt, who did the installation, did a fabulous job. I am pleased with the film and highly recommend them.

Outstanding service from start to finish.
Brilliant product

Nothing too much trouble. Friendly and reliable service.

I'm really impressed with the service I received from Mitch. Great customer service and friendly manner when getting the initial quote, all the way through to the installation. I'm delighted with the work and would highly recommend to others! The window film is excellent and better than what I expected it to be.

Mitch does what he says he will, turns up on time, is super polite and gets the job done quickly and cleanly. We have only just had the film fitted but I can already feel a difference!

Would highly recommend Bristol Window Film Services. Mitch was extremely professional and a great communicator throughout. He offered us great advice in regards to which window film we would get the most benefit from. The day of the fitting, Mitch was very prompt, polite and answered any questions we had. Really pleased with his work, looking forward to those sunny days when we will benefit most from our new window film.

Had Bristol Window Film Services recently to fit one way film to the front of our house. Mitch was very prompt in his communications and made an appointment to fit the film within the week. The workmanship was first class, and the rooms were left clean and tidy afterwards. I now look forward to enjoying more privacy. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and Mitch's friendly and helpful service.

Quick response to email contact for a quote
Very efficient and the film provided exactly the privacy we wanted

Mitch was very reliable arrived on time and always sent confirmation text the day before. The Frosted privacy film that was fitted to a window next to the front door looks superb. Great after sales service as I had a few teething problems that were promptly rectified by Mitch. Would definitely recommend.

An excellent personal service from Mitch. Prompt reply to query; good advice; quick fitting; excellent attention to detail and very reasonable rates. Would highly recommend.

Mitch fitted film in my upstairs hallway to give me privacy and keep the glaring sun out. It’s made a big difference and looks great. I’d highly recommend.
