Custom paint mix: amazing service
I came in on the 8th April to have some custom paint mixed to match an IKEA door. The lady that served me was amazing. I needed the paint that day, so didn't have time to get a tester and try at home. So she mixed one up (paid for, but her gentle prompting to do this was welcome); painted two layers on paper; dried it with a hairdryer; and then helped me check it was a good match. She even suggested going to check it in daylight. She also nudged me to ring the decorator to confirm a few other details, and helped me carry the paint to my car. I have never had such great service when getting paint mixed elsewhere, and I'll definitely be back.

The staff are great and very helpful and friendly. As a business, the manager kindly gives us sample products to try. We do find most of the products to be much more expensive than competitors and also competitors have much better offers such as BandQ and Wickes money off vouchers, but one get one free etc, which is a shame as we would happily buy more materials from Brewers.
