Nobody bothers to check goods
Ordered a number of items which, as per usual not in stock, one item was a wood filler. Three days later when I had collected the goods and got home only to find the tub of filler was rock hard. This is not the first time when goods have been supplied that were well out of date

Ipswich Store is FABULOUS!
Absolutely brilliant staff at your Ipswich store - Graham and Lisa both so so helpful and knowledgeable. They have been amazing, helping me with ideas and advice for my new home - am so grateful to them and am now absolutely a customer for life!
