5 stars all the way for their timepieces and their customer service team

I own a couple of Bremont, original logo , timepieces. their watches are amazing. Very high quality and visually appealing as well. What further sets them apart from most of their competition is the absolute best customer service i have seen from a watch manufacturer. I have had contact with them on a couple of occasion seeking their help, from both The Wing and the NY Boutique. I have been very pleased with the help provided from their team, and most my recent interaction with The Wing was handled by Mia. She was prompt, she was professional and resolved my issue in a very timely manner. Such a pleasure to interact with. I give them 5 stars all the way !!

A watch that was meant to be waterproof…

A Bremont Supermarine watch that was meant to be waterproof to 2,000m failed at 20m, twice. The first time it failed about a year after buying it. It then failed again just before it was recommended to be serviced. The company tried to charge me fully to repair the watch. There are much better, more durable dive watches out there. Beware expensive imitations !

A Skeptic Converted


I'll admit it, I was one of the skeptics who doubted Bremont's direction after the takeover. Loyal to the old brand, I wasn't sure what to expect from the new collection. But, after a visit to their HQ for a strap adjustment and a browse through their latest offerings, I'm eating my words.

The service was top-notch – flat rate, efficient, and friendly. The staff were knowledgeable and sorted my watch out in no time. But it was the new collection that really won me over. The quality and range of watches on display were impressive, but one piece in particular caught my eye: the GMT Altitude on a silver dial.

Yes, it's pricey, but let me tell you, it's worth every penny. The build quality is outstanding, and the attention to detail is evident throughout. Compared to similar high-end brands, Bremont's pricing is competitive. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and design of the GMT Altitude – it's a stunner.

I'm not ashamed to say I'm now a believer in Bremont's new direction. Their commitment to quality and attention to detail is clear, and I think I'm going to be back for that GMT. If you're a fan of high-quality timepieces, do yourself a favor and check out Bremont's new collection. You won't be disappointed. w*

Very dissapointed

Like many other watch enthusiasts i bought into the Bremont brand being a British watch maker and designs. Main selling point was the 7 times hardened case advertising.
I paid over £5k for an ALT -C griffon. Absolute worst watch i have ever owned. The case scratches far more easily than any other watch i own, first repair of this watch took over 6 months and ive just sent it back yet again for chrono issues on the buttons. Nice looking watches, poor quality over priced and poor after service. Shame really. I wish i had stuck with Omega

Misleading advertising images

Disappointing purchase & response from Bremont.
The Bremont MBII blue dial does not look like the marketing images. The dial markers are faint to the point of being invisible. Watch was returned to Bremont who basically said that advertising images may differ from the actual watch you receive (bit like the MacDonalds limp burger case). AD I bought from online very charming but that was that. I'd recommend you bought the earlier variant 2nd hand with the 'dipped' hour hand and save yourself money. The very latest MB I looked at in the AD looked fairly cheap and now has the Panzera logo. I'd avoid a new watch and use the likes of Watchfinder where they use actual images of the watch so you know what you are getting. I'll probably end up doing just that as Bremont won't address the issue with my new watch & I love the look of the better executed design of the earlier day/date MB.

Had to send watch back three times for repair

Purchased a Bremont Supermarine several years ago and within a few months it was losing several minutes a day. Eventually I sent the watch back for repair, a full service and testing, costing £550. The repair took 5 months(!), but within a day of collecting the watch I had to send it back again as it clearly had not been through any quality control since it was gaining 10 minutes every 24 hours! Within two months of the second repair the watch stopped working altogether. After complaining, Bremont eventually replied stating that on “on this occasion” they would cover the cost of shipping - quite unbelievable given my experience! Over the years I have owned Omega, Rolex and TAG watches and never had any problem with Swiss manufactured timepieces. In my opinion Bremont are great at marketing but make average to poor watches priced as premium timepieces, but let themselves down with poor quality repairs that take months and a complete lack of quality control. I certainly wouldn’t waste my money on another Bremont.

Bought my second Bremont watch today at the Cribs Bristol branch , the staff who are more like family were unbelievable , friendly and very experienced in there brand , Craig the owner ,Yemmei ,Kelvin , Brendon , credit to your brand , if anyone gets the chance , pop in everyone is made to feel welcome

Waste of time

Was delighted to see a Bremont boutique in the Bullring. Walked in with my mother and we were both commenting on the fighter jet videos. We were approached by a short, Asian gentleman. We told him we were interested in the aviation watches. His response left startled, he asked if we had been to the Boutique before? We explained we weren’t aware there was one in Birmingham but often visit the Breitling store.

We were interested in the aviation watches. He walks us outside of the store to show the display. We ask what was specific about the aviation watches. He responded they are basic designs so a pilot can tell the time easily. As a pilot myself, this was ridiculous to hear and I tried my hardest to contain a disappointed laughter. Fortunately, i asked for a brochure instead and left. Upon looking at the brochure, which features some of my mates inside, I was met with facts about the watch and what makes it specifically oriented for aviation.

This was without a doubt the worst service I have received in a watch boutique. Your server needs training on customer service, and time to at least study the basics of products he is trying to sell.

This level of service immediately makes Bremont incomparable to the luxury watch brands.

Absolute nightmare of a watch

Absolute nightmare of a watch, the watch broke within the first week of wear, then Bremont told me this was due to winding it at the wrong time, I have owned Longines, Omega, Oris and Rado, none have proven as troublesome as my Bremont Supermarine Chronograph, the strap has just fallen apart... Imagine how upset I would have been if my circa £7k watch fell off my wrist, DO NOT BUY! I have been reluctant to make my review as I don't want to devalue my significant investment, but this watch is so bad I just do not care, this is an absolute DO NOT BUY!

Very impressed with the service from Bremont

I purchased a Supermarine S500 from the Bremont Boutique at Bicester Village Outlet last week. I phoned all the staff to be very helpful, I initially phoned and asked which S500s were instock and a videos of the models were sent to me on WhatsApp, chose the one I wanted, paid a returnable deposit then went up last Tuesday to pay the balance and pick it up, Bradley, James and Harry were brilliant, I am very pleased with my watch and very impressed with the service from Bremont

Frayed watch strap

Very good, polite and quick service after reporting an issue with a fraying strap on a new watch. My enquiry was reviewed and a new strap received within a few days.

Following From an Earlier Review

Shortly after posting my previous review, my wife was contacted by representatives of Bremont’s head office and by the Bluewater manager. Both individuals were very apologetic and concerned that her experience had been so disappointing. Thereafter relatively rapid progress was made and over the course of a few weeks, including the Christmas period, and with frequent updates from both Bremont HQ and Bluewater, her watch was repaired. The end result was a watch not only repaired but polished and looking superb. And when we collected it from Bluewater a bottle of very decent British wine was included as a gift. In summary: once the system kicked into action it could not be faulted and restored our faith in the integrity and pride of the Bremont brand.

An excellent experience

John, the sales associate, was very pleasant, knowledgable and enthusiastic. We had communicated by phone on several occasions prior to our visit and all was prepared when we arrived. The visit went smoothly and I am now enjoying my new watch.

Buyer Experience

This is my second watch purchase from Bremont. While the watch itself is exactly what I was hoping for, they didn’t include a tool for swapping out the bands. I purchased a metal band that was not attached to the watch, driving the necessity to swap the bands right away. The leather case has a holder for the tool that is just left empty. When I rang Bremont about the lack of tool, they said they “don’t include one anymore, but I can order one if I like”
For the cost of these watches, the presentation and customer experience is a huge part of the package. I couldn’t help but feel like there’s some middle manager looking for cost savings in the wrong place. Sorry to say this will be my last Bremont purchase because of this. I’m happy with the watch. The people who answer the phone are nice and polite. It’s clear there are decisions made behind the curtain that have the feel of cheapening the whole experience.

Great Customer Care

I own a Bremont Supermarine Chrono. One of my 22mm spring bars needed replacement so I reached out to Bremont in England. The response I received was prompt, friendly and helpful. They offered to send replacement bars at no cost to me in the US. Amazing brand backed up with great customer service!

Customer Service

Overall great experience with the customer service team at Bremont. I simply reached out to see I could purchase more curved spring bars through them during the Holiday weeks of December. Within a day I was in contact with the boutique New York (as I am based in America) and they were already shipping me new set. The willingness to help and quickly aid was amazing.

Strongly recomment Bremont Watch company and their products

I purchased a Bremont Supermarine S2000 watch recently and wanted to have the S2000 Bracelet Open Clasp fitted for normal day use and to easily extend the bracelet when wearing a diving suit. Bremont Customer Services were excellent and even went to the extent of changing the bracelets over and resizing the new bracelet for me whilst I waited in reception. Excellent company, customer support staff and products.
