breakingfree.co.uk Omdömen

Bought Eagle Creek wheeled luggage. Price better than elsewhere, product in stock, order executed at once, delivery quick and included liaison about precise time and date, which were kept to. Hope to use the company again as first point of call for outdoor/sporting goods. Thank you. Tom

Bought a whole bunch of Eagle Creek packing cubes of different sizes and colours from breakingfree.co.uk. Delivery was free and my items arrived really quick. Super happy with the service and the choices on the website and I love my packing cubes!

Brilliant service , quick and simple from order to delivery. Thank you 👍🏼

I bought an Eagle Creek suitcase. The price was better than a certain more famous web retailer, they didn't charge more for certain colours (a dubious practice in my view) and they had the product in stock (often not the case with Eagle Creek).
They use DHL to deliver (big plus in my on-line shopping experience) and the product arrived within a week (with an accurate one hour delivery slot provided). Very happy shopping experience and based on this highly recommended.

The package arrived safely and in perfect condition , I would Recommend this website to anyone who is looking to buy clothes at a good deal

Easy website and a great price. Very quick delivery. Will use them again.

Walking shoes arrived exactly on time and were £15 cheaper than anywhere else I could find them on a google search.

Arrived quickly, as described and good customer service. They called to check delivery address as it hadn't come up with address finder from the postcode. Easy to change delivery day and time (send elsewhere to collect, pay for smaller delivery window etc.)

Immediate delivery, Excellent

Excellent, fast service.

Ordered Tuesday lunchtime and phoned saying I needed it by Friday. Order arrived Wednesday lunchtime. No extra charge. Just did what that promised. Excellent.

order delivered within 20 hours 0f placing it. clear online images, good value

They have a great range of good quality outdoor gear and I have always found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful.
I recently ordered a pair of shoes I have had before, I had to alter the delivery day and I was given an hour delivery window and sure enough they arrived on time as promised.

V good service

Fantastic service, very quick. Great after sales support too. Highly recommended.

Great friendly service. Could not be more helpful.

Seeking Eagle creek pack-it items, the range on offer was excellent. Picked what I needed easily, and the prices are very competitive. The site is easy to use, transaction was easily achieved and my item was delivered nicely packaged in very good time. Have just ordered another couple of items at late notice, as I know they will deliver quickly. Would definitely recommend !

Easy transaction, prompt delivery.

I went to Breaking Free to purchase an Eagle Creek suitcase. The information and advice I was given was really helpful as I was uncertain as to which size of suitcase to purchase. There was no pressure to buy. Pleased with product and with service. Would purchase from them again.

I saw the product I was interested in on the website, Eagle Creek Gear Warrior 32, and had a question to ask about it. I rang the shop and they were able to actually look at the item to answer my question. They asked me to order online as it was more convenient, which I did. The bag came the day after the order was processed, all as advertised and a good price with inclusive p&p.
