Dropped car off at 8.30 for service & MOT had a call at 12 to say all done + car had been washed & had been cleaned inside as well which was a nice surprise. Found staff very helpful & friendly .

I bought my Kia for its first service here and couldn’t be more pleased. Bit of a nightmare to park anywhere but whilst I was trying a man from Kia came out, took my keys and parked it for me. I chose to wait rather than borrow a car, the waiting area was clean and tidy, everyone was so friendly and there was a bean to coffee machine which was very welcome. No issue at all in checking an issue I’d had since the software upgrade last year, he sorted it, explained everything clearly and I was on my way in a beautifully smelling car. I highly recommend

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service I recently received at Brayley's Kia in Harpenden, particularly from Jordan in your service department. His dedication, expertise and kindness made a world of difference in what was a rather stressful situation for me.

After my Kia EV6 was stolen, getting it back on the road was far from straightforward. Jordan went above and beyond to diagnose an issue with the fuses - something that could have easily been overlooked. His perseverance, problem-solving skills, and technical knowledge were truly impressive. What’s more, he handled everything with such a positive and reassuring attitude that it turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a smooth and stress-free resolution.

It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job exceptionally well but also genuinely cares about the people they are helping. Jordan is a real asset to your team, and I wanted to ensure his hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

I Have a mobility car for my son, took it to Brayleys in Houghton Regis for a service.
When I phoned to book it in the lady on the phone was really nice. The staff at Brayley's garage were polite, they asked if i wanted my car cleaned after the service which is a lovely gesture. Was very happy with the service I received. A smiling face makes all the difference and I would definitely recommend.

I have been a customer since buying my car in 2022. The staff are polite, courteous and not g too much trouble. Good value and reliable.

The service and MoT test were carried out thoroughly, and the invoice contained comprehensive detail. My car was collected and delivered as requested for a very reasonable charge. A repair was carried out under warranty, although I had forgotten that the warranty was still in effect - a pleasant surprise.

When we attended the VIP event, we had no intention of changing our 2 year old Sportage. However, Daniel and Kelly worked very hard to come up with “an offer we couldn’t refuse” and an order has been placed ! The service we received was both very courteous and very efficient.

Customer service is awful, both pre and post sale … fortunately the cars are great.

Multiple visits and phone calls were not followed up when I wanted to purchase the vehicle. No reliable delivery time is provided (i was told approx 2 months and it then turned up a week later!).

Incorrect address details added to the order/invoice which apparently can’t be changed!!

Jon helped me through the whole process, from picking the best car and being patient with my many questions.

Boot latch failed to operate. I contacted Brayleys and it sounded as though this was a problem that had been encountered before. Booked an appointment (5/12) to investigate the problem . Problem identified but replacement latch not in stock even though the problem was probably known. Booked a further appointment (12/12) when new latch fitted under warranty. I believe the delay was due to Brayleys needing to gain Kia approval and parts for warranty work. During second appointment, staff took the opportunity to update navigation system which had not been done at the service in September.
Overall. Pleased with the outcome, but disappointed with the delay, involving extra journey and waiting time, which may (?) have been unavoidable.
because of this incident, I realised that not being able to operate the boot latch from outside the car would be a major problem in the event of a latch failure with a boot full of luggage or a puncture! A physical key opening facility should exist as it does for the doors.

From the moment I walked through the door, till the drive out of the dealership in my new car. The staff were respectful, informative, friendly, and beyond just being helpful. They went above and beyond. Thanks especially to Kelly.
