Big "Thank you" to Colin for his brilliant support and expertise in selecting and purchasing my "new to me" Kia Sportage which I collected yesterday. Big thank you too for Danny who first took us out for a test drive in his Sportage a couple of weeks ago. Great service guys.

I am a disabled customer and the service I received was very good

From my initial call to arrange the recall and the exchange with Jodie on reception, this was a good, first, experience with Brayleys.

I purchased a Mazda motor vehicle in October 2023, this was the second car I have purchased from this dealer. So recently I wanted to downsize my car. I went back to Brayley and part exchanged my Mazda for a Kia. All was well handover was set for 17th August 2024. Before the date I amended my Insurance to swap over on 17th August 2024. Day before pickup thought I would check the MOT and noted it expired on the pickup date. I called Brayley who advised yes this was the case and that the handover would have to be postponed as vehicle had not been through the workshop. Pickup was set for 20th August so I changed my Insurance back to the Mazda. Call on 20th advising service manager did not want to rush car so, pickup amended to the 21st of August 2024. Picked car up and now on 2nd September I have been informed by Santander that Brayley had failed to pay off finance on my Mazda, so a payment has been taken. I called Brayley 3 times on the 2nd September to resolve and keep getting fobbed off. This will be the last time I use Brayley Harpenden

Not the best customer service.
After making a serious complaint about treatment. One of the managers called simply to justify rather than acknowledge that someone was treated poorly. I was felt a bit of a nonsense. When trying to understand delivery times I was made to feel somehow
that I was bothering. I’ve only called twice during a process of 4months and a half

Jon has been perfect; awesome professional customer service. He has always dealt with us with kindness and getting the car has been a joy. Cannot recommend Brayleys more highly. So much better than the garage in St Albans that would not sell to me because I was female! Before the 2010 equality act, or their business would have been over!!

I am very satisfied with my purchases because I bought 2 cars within one month with Barley Kia- Harpenden. I recommend the Barley to everyone.

Adding yet again an excellent review for Brayleys in Harpenden, especially a big shout out to Jon Simpson who provided great post-sales support in arranging paintwork and Earl for swiftly completing the job. Not forgetting Jodie for expediting the air con service during the same visit, while ensuring all was concluded in time for me to return work. All in all great service and team work on their part.

I have been to many car dealers in the past few weeks, and the service I got from kia Harpenden was fantastic! Jon was so friendly, helpful, took time out to help me even when he had customers due to see him! Made me feel at ease, buying a car out of my comfort zone, and I love it! You couldn't ask for a better person to help you choose a car! All I can say is thank you Jon for all your help!

Always have a good experience when booking my Sportage in for the yearly service and MOT.
Found the booking over the phone easy, staff very polite, helpful and attentive.
My vehicle had a thorough clean inside and out and always feel confident when having my car returned that it is in good working order and must admit the staff have never let me down after this being my 6th service at Kia.

The car service was not completed even though the "checklist" had been entirely ticked off. Evidenced by the lack of software & nav software updates having been completed.
I was not kept updated about the status of the service or called to come and collect the car, no visual inspection update during the day. The letter associated with the recall that was carried out was not signed and returned to me as required - I had to get that done. The service team do not seem to answer their phone - other departments won't transfer the call and if you leave a message then you do not get called back. This is relevant as the car, post service and recall has developed a worrying wobble at certain speeds and I cannot tell why - no-one has returned my calls to discuss. Shocking on so may levels that I will need to travel further than my local dealer for future services. Not surprising though as the purchase experience was hardly any better and it was for an EV6 GT-Line.

Great service from car purchase to delivery. All questions answered, advice given & clear handover. Highly recommend, especially Jon Simpson. Thank you.

Problems sorted as always

Always polite and friendly, keeping me updated with the progress of the work being done

I don’t really like going to car showrooms as always get targeted for the big sales pitch but at Kia Harpenden there was none of that. I had a good look round and take my time until I felt ready to go over and talk. A great array of cars. A coupe of friends recommended that I go to this show room as they spoke so highly and I wasn’t disappointed. I would recommend as so far the service has been first class.
