Brayleys Cars - Brayley Honda Romford Omdömen 

The previous car I owned no longer suited my needs, so I visited Brayley Honda Romford to part-exchange it. Unfortunately, the car I initially enquired about had already sold by the time I arrived for the test drive, but the salesperson, Shay Robinson, went above and beyond to help me find the right alternative.

He offered several great options based on my lifestyle and preferences, and he was consistently honest and straightforward with every question I asked. Once I made my choice, the car was transferred from another branch in under 48 hours. It arrived clean, prepared, and ready for a test drive and to finalise the deal. I received a very competitive price for my previous car and a discount on the new one, so I was really pleased.

I had previously had a terrible experience with Glynn Hopkins Nissan, so I didn’t have high expectations going into this, but I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by how well Honda Romford takes care of their customers.

The only thing I would point out is the digital paperwork process. Although Shay kindly provided some physical copies, most of the documents had to be completed online. I had to log in, receive verification codes by text, and upload files one by one. After uploading, I couldn’t easily review or edit anything, which felt a bit odd. I would have preferred the option to go through the physical paperwork together, with explanations of each section. Shay did mention that we could do it manually, but the company preferred digital. I understand the convenience of having everything stored online, but I wish the process were a bit more straightforward.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the entire experience. I actually have a family member who works at Honda headquarters in Tokyo, and I’ll be very happy to share the excellent customer service I received at this branch. xx

I just purchased a new motorcycle from Brayley Honda.
I initially made an enquiry through the website and receieved a call back within 10 mins from Helder. I made an appt to visit the following day and Helder worked with me on the specs/upgrades and put a deal together. The experience was excellent, no high pressure sales, very attentive and worked to get the bike ready in my short timescale.
Also special mention to the sales manager (sorry I missed your name) who came over a few times to assist and was also there on pickup / handover to ensure everything was OK.

Brilliant from the first enquiry! Helder was brilliant from the start. He called up minutes after the enquiry was super friendly and very informative. Even if I had questions on the build up to handover her was there to answer them. Then the Day of Handover was so smooth. Honestly would go back for the next Bike!

Time spent at garage was out of there by 10.30, after I got there late, was souppose to be there at 8 but got there 8.50 and Lady at reception was 10 out of 10 the way she spoke and treated you.
