Advised quickly when parts were available and repair could proceed. Booking in process fine - phone and messages used. Booking in at the centre all good. Most importantly repair carried out quickly and good notification of when car could be collected.

Attended for a while you wait service
Attended for a while you wait service, car taken exactly on time and kept updated throughout the process. Only downside is that Brayleys no longer valet the car after the service which I feel with that addition set Brayleys above other service providers I have used in the past.

Excellent service staff extremely…
Excellent service staff extremely helpful. The video of my vehicle being inspected on the service fell tad short as there is a possible issue with rear tyres but sadly the background noise drowned out the mechanic's voice at that point I now need to return to the dealership and ask them to clarify. It doesn't seem to be noted on written report IF I am reading it correct. Think the mechanics need a microphone on whst is otherwise a excellent idea

Good staff and dealership
Third time at this dealership for the annual car service, and Lisa as usual is a pleasure to deal with. A credit to the dealership.
Just a shame it did not get the usual car wash as the little Honda was as filthy as when it went in (despite me washing it only a fortnight ago).
