Brayleys Cars - Brayley Honda Ewell Omdömen 

Was my first visit and was made very welcome we went through what they were going to do, later got a call saying car was ready picked it up went through what they had done. Car was even cleaned inside and out.

Service was fantastic. Even though I was running late for my appointment, I was accommodated, and did not even have to wait. My car was taken in straitaway and work done. The health check on my car showed a fault with the battery, which was sorted out promptly, and also showed how to reset the tyre pressure. I will definitely recommend this garage

In for a recall repair. Health check also done - tyre problem identified and fixed cheaply. Thanks for that. Also found and returned sun specs I thought I had lost - many thanks! Only one small issue - didn’t get a phone call to say car was ready, turned up on spec and it was ready - don’t know how long it had been. Overall v happy. 😃

Welcoming, efficient, was able to wait which was helpful for me.

Went for my cars annual service. The staff were polite and professional . The work carried out in good time and I was kept informed of any wrinkles found.
There was no hard sell to get "marginal" problems fixed.
My car was returned in good condition and valeted; all for what I consider a reasonable price (for a dealer that is).

After 10 days and false reassurances from the dealer I am still waiting for my £250 holding deposit to be returned

They didn’t even have the curtesy to return my calls and when I managed to get hold of the salesman I was reassured the refund was made. But it is obviously not the case

Like mentioned by a previous reviewer they are quick at taking your money but as I am experiencing don’t expect a refund

A good experience thank you. I waited whilst the car was serviced. It did take longer than I’d been advised but the important thing for me is that the car has been serviced ny a Honda Dealership under the 5 year service plan. Thank you.
Full marks to your car valeter as I’d just returned from France and the exterior was quite mucky.
This is the 1st my HRV has been serviced by Brayley’s as the previous 1st service, last year, was Honda Wimbledon Park.

Great job, very friendly staff that when that little bit extra, had a phone call on the day before the service, to ask if I would like the car picked up as they were in the area dropping off another car & pick my car up at no extra cost.

We had made an appointment at Brayley Honda to have my car valued and I was looking to purchase a smaller car. We had Sales Executive Amanda Killen look after us on the day. She did a fantastic job. I was happy with the valuation for my CRV and was looking for a Honda Jazz, as I was downsizing. A suitable Jazz had come in a few days earlier and the price point was good. I had a test drive and was very happy with the Jazz. Amanda sorted out the paperwork very efficiently and I picked up my new car the following day. Couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and Amanda did an excellent job.

I had my car collected and returned for a service plus recall work and all went seamlessly. Very efficient and car returned much earlier than I expected

Salesman Steve Ventham was very pleasant to deal with, very helpful and informative. We were given 2 test drives in different models so that we could compare features. opted for the new version. Handover was completed on time a few days later.

I took my car for its service at Brayleys Ewell, the dealership that I originally purchased my car from.

Whilst waiting for the service to be completed, I was very well looked after by the staff in the showroom for the service department, who made me lots of nice cups of mocha and one of the guys even entertained me with his jokes and general banter. In addition, Dave Green in sales was as friendly and helpful as ever

As usual Paul Simey made me feel at home the minute I walked through the door. This is my 4th purchase and I am more than happy with it.
Jermaine introduced himself as the sales manager and said I could always contact him if I needed any advice.

From A to Z, I was looked after really well with all members of staff at reception & by Service Department Staff

David Carter was great very friendly and professional

Brayley staff interactions all positive. If Steve who was handling my purchase was not available, other staff made sure I was looked after.
Car was requested by a certain date and the date was met.

As an older purchaser, Steve took time to explain the purchase process and how the car functions (so different from my previous car).

I have confidence Brayley servicing will be equally good in the years to come.
