Brilliant, no pressure but given all the information we needed
It was really important to us to not feel 'pressured' into buying a car and really feel that Steve Ventham was the perfect salesman for us. I have, in the past felt very bulldozed by over enthusiastic guys and can honestly say that if Steve managed to win over my husband, he did an amazing job!

I bought my Honda a year ago from Wimbledon Park. Since that site has now closed, this was my first experience at Brayley Honda Ewell. I arrived without an appointment, due to a flat battery. I was seen immediately by Mark Hopkins, the Service Advisor, who arranged for the battery to be checked and for the annual service to be done at the same time. Efficiency and customer service was amazing, including the staff member wearing a stand-out Christmas jumper, who offered me a lift home, but I'd already booked an Uber. I was able to collect the car the next day. The kindness and courtesy that I am sure you show to all your customers, was particularly appreciated by me.

No pushy salespeople
No pushy salespeople. Steve at Brayley Ewell made buying our car a pleasurable experience. I am always dubious of car dealers, but the sales people at Ewell are very professional and genuine. They made us feel relaxed and under no pressure or obligation to buy the car we had come to view. I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent customer service
Paul made us feel at ease immediately. He answered all our questions clearly and concisely and we didnt feel under pressure. Went for a test drive on that day and allowed thinking time for several days. Very good judge of character and excellent at his job.
