He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. I have been using this garage for some fifteen years and they have always provided a very service for the two Hondas we have. Especially pleased that the new owners appear to be running the business along similar lines and it still offering a good service. This based upon excellent service from sales exec last year when I purchased another vehicle and the service/MOT experience for my wife's car yesterday.

Honda vehicle recall.
My car was recalled by Honda for a fuel pump malfunction and I chose Brayley as the nearest agent. Booking an appointment was straightforward and I received a reminder email two days before the date.
The work was completed in less than an hour whilst I waited - with free coffee and Wi-Fi. Excellent service all round!

We were treated with a warm welcome every time we visited the showroom in Bushey. Paul Eyres our rep/ salesman was very very helpful. Explained everything and didn't pressure me. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable from beginning to end and I heartily recommend him. He is extremely personable too. The other reps were also very helpful if Paul wasnt available

The tyre pressure gage was appearing rather a lot on my Jazz. I was kindly assured that it was nothing to worry about if the tyres are o.k. They got rid of the gage showing. There was no charge. Wonderful. Thank you.

I had a recall on my Honda so booked it in and I needed a hire car to get to and from work which was more convenient than an uber. Everyone was really helpful , polite and professional and everything was done very swiftly. I didn't have to wait around for either the hire car or mine when I collected it. Well done a 5*+ experience.
