Server was friendly .

Was let down when collecting car. I was waiting to leave for about 30mins. This was due to a car being parked and locked in front of my car. Turned out that the valet team had left vehicle there ready to clean the following morning.. but they had all gone home. Leaving locked car unable to be moved. They had secured the vehicle locking keys in their office area. No one left on site had a key to enable the car to be unlocked and moved to enable me to leave. Eventually and by some miracle someone found the key to secure key box and eventually I was able to leave. Was not very happy as had a journey home, now, in the middle of rush hour. That took me twice as long. To get home.

Called James Winfield at Mazda MK reference a preregistered CX30 they had for sale with a few questions, James confirmed by actually going to the vehicle to check some options I was questioning and called me straight back.
A test-drive was arranged in an equivalent vehicle and after we had agreed a trade in and the preregistered price was agreed we continued with the purchase.
James kept us in the loop throughout the sale and we collected out 71 miles preregister CX30 Takumi the following week.
Brilliant buying experience from James and a friendly no pressure environment by the complete Brayley Mazda team.

I had a highly disappointing experience with this dealership. I have been waiting for two days and made six calls today, only to be placed on hold for 25 minutes and given different excuses each time. When I finally confronted them about the conflicting information, the manager, Chris Lawson, was rude and outright refused to proceed with the sale.

The staff members—Saeed, James, and Cherisa—were equally unhelpful and unprofessional in handling my queries. Instead of providing clear and honest communication, they kept changing their stories. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

If you are considering buying a car from them, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service make the buying process unnecessarily frustrating.

This is Brayley Mazda Milton Keynes: They just can't or won't diagnose anything remotely technical. I had a turbo issue with intermittent loss of power. First they said I needed a new turbo costing over 3.5K. I mentioned they had already replaced the turbo 3 years before (probably not even necessary), Then they basically came up with a list of excuses like the car has carbon build up, needs a complete engine overhaul so it would be best if I sold it to We Buy Any Car next door for an abysmal price. They seem to gave some deal going on with this company, which is highly suspect - collusion!

So I took the car to Grays Vehicle Repairs and told them what Mazda had said. This unfortunately mislead them and they provided a reconditioned turbo, which failed to solve the issue. I did some research myself and mentioned to them to check a number of sensors...it was actually the exhaust pressure sensor playing up. They kindly fixed this free of charge and car has run beautifully for 9 months now. This is not rocket science. The fault code said turbo pressure issue so the turbo of the sensor is the obvious place to start. Considering the cost of the turbo and the fact it was not very old then the sensor should have been checked when the issue arose (which was quite often). I will never take any car to Mazda again for anything. They are really expansive, incompetent and possibly corrupt and have cost me well over 5K in needless repairs. They also charge £150 for a diagnostic fee, which just adds insult to injury. What's more this is the second major such problem I have had with them, where they also said it was beyond repair and I should sell it to We Buy Any Car - a company they are obviously working with. I even questioned this relationship with the staff at Mazda and they just said We Buy Any Car usually give a great deal - complete rubbish as I was offered £1.7K for a car with market value well over 5K, had the issue been fixed properly.

Hi on the 9th November 2024 I had an appointment with a sales person at the Dacia garage Milton Keynes I was greater by James who had a very welcoming smile he ask us to sit down while we discussed why we were there and what car we were looking for he was quite happy to show us around all the different models but unfortunately the one we were interested in wasn’t in the show room but James did show us a used one which gave us a good idea what to expect from a new Dacia Sandero journey James also told us there was one being built in there work shop and could be ready within a couple of weeks so we decided to do a deal there and then after some discussion a fair deal was meet and I can only say that James tried his very best to meet our wishes and true to his word the car was ready for collection within two weeks so thank you James for guiding us through the process of purchasing our new car 🚘

Not an enquiry but an appraisal to Craug penistton. I've a fairly old renault wind in good condition. However, next to nothing on Google regarding this renault type. Because of his endeavors, on two occasions , fairly obscure 'Need to Know' results made available to me. Regarding one endeavor my vehicle delivery much better.

A date of convenience was arranged for my cars first service. Flexible drop off time and a call to collect when it was finished. No fuss , good price and as expected all the checks and changes were done and cleaned afterwards. Happy with all of that , good dealer and after care.

We have recently bought a Dacia Duster from the Milton Keynes store, and the process was fab! James supported us throughout our experience, and he made us feel at ease and was also super helpful! It was a 10/10 experience - also they have a fab coffee machine

Overall a very good experience!

Overall not bad, however it took 2 hours for a vehicle check and cabin filter change which takes about 20 minutes. I also have a light scratch down the side of the car since it was at the dealer.

Just out of curiosity I popped into brayley's Milton Keynes, I was pleasantly surprised how professional they are and there knowledge of vehicles, I decided this is where I'm going to buy my next new car and I did after talking to Tony the sales rep for DACIA...THANKS FOR A GREAT SERVICE
