As a lover of ecco shoes and sandals , I decided to purchase another pair of ecco sandals.
They are true to the photo advertised and are so very comfortable. I have been wearing them every day.

Best shoe stock, best value for money, quickest delivery and (not that I’ve had to) probs best refund policies.

I ordered two pairs of Sketcher shoes, one for my self and one for my husband under a 2 for 100 deal. The pair I chose fitted perfectly but the size my husband chose was one size too small even though he used his currently owned Sketcher shoes as a guide. We returned his pair and acknowledged receipt from Brand Direct 7/1/ 26, but they didn't have the next size available and suggested alternative styles in that deal which we didn't like. As a result, we chose another pair in the Brand Direct catalogue with a different price and offered a willingness to pay any price difference. To date, we are still awaiting a reply.

I have purchased quite a few times now and usually find value for money and size needed are available and the online order process is easy.

Timely delivery and response to return items email

I get most of my shoes through Brand House Direct as they have an enormous range and I am time poor. They are great at doing returns and exchanges. I have problematic feet so I do send a few things back but I buy heaps. They always look after me.

I placed order bymistake as didnot check shipping . Shipping is 20 $ and paid last week shipping for the order sa well. Very expensive shipping cost . Called staff spoken to divya.. very poor customer service and rude to me. Would not recommend to anyone.i will lodge the complaint too against them

They have a good selection. Sizes matched my size and price was reasonable and delivery good.

If you aren’t buying your forward for a fraction of the cost through Brand House Direct - you might be crazy. Excellent quality brand names without the mega prices. This is the only place I buy my Sketchers from.

Good quality at a much lower price than in store. Prompt delivery, with the option of return if there is a problem.

I recently purchased a pair of ladies slippers from Brand House Direct and every aspect of the transaction was seamless!
The product quality, price and description were spot-on! Delivery time was fantastic during the pre-Xmas period.
I was most impressed.

Unfortunately the sizing was extremely incorrect, even though I checked on their website for size conversions. I understand this is due to the actual shoe brand, but still annoying.

When I went to return this item, it was not at all a "no hassles" experience, like Brand House Direct advertises.
I didn't get refunded the amount I paid for shipping (12.95) which I do understand, but is quite annoying.
I also had to pay an additional $15 to return the item to Brand House Direct.

It also took them multiple weeks to issue the refund, and even blamed me for not including a returns sheet - when I went through their returns process online and nowhere on their website or online returns process did they provide one or tell me to attach one.

Their returns page is not at all user friendly. I also never was notified that they had received my return application, or that they had received my package once I had sent it.

I had to email them asking them about it, which they never responded to.

I was honestly really concerned I would never get a refund, and they were just a scam site.

I ended up just buying the same shoes from an in-person retailer - and was able to buy two pairs of shoes for the same price that I spend here.

I ordered Midnight Colour Merrell Moccasins.
It clearly shows the colour as being a Midnight Blue colour not black.
But of course they sent me the Black ones arguing with me that Midnight is Black. It is not and even Merrell state the Black is Black.
I have a picture of their advertisement on the internet. Even in that you can see the difference between Black and the Midnight colour they say is Black.
This company has substituted my order for an in stock item and will not admit to their mistake. They are a unethical, mendacious and insouciant in their attitude. Do not deal with them.

the sandals are great, comfortable and stylish. The delivery was fast and all arrived in perfect conditions

Wish I’d gone elsewhere. They lie about statue of order , won’t answer phones at all and will not cancel order even prior to a dispatch note printed . Absolutely terrible customer service focus and you ask for a supervisor and no way they’ll put you through . One person won’t get a gift for Xmas because of their lies

Although I am very happy with my purchase I am very disappointed with the time it took to ship. I have purchased many times from you and usually takes less than a week to ship but this time it was over 2 weeks

Great range of shoes to choose from. I live in the country and can’t access this range anywhere nearby. The website was easy to use, I was kept updated on delivery date and the shoes all arrived safely and were what I wanted.
