Great customer service!
It said there was a 10% discount if you buy two, but I needed one brace for my right hand and one for my left so I couldn’t take advantage of the discount even though they’re the same product.
Update:
BraceAbility recognized this error and refunded me the 10%. It was a very prompt response. I am very happy with their customer service.

I liked being kept informed of my order and delivery, up to the moment it arrived at my door. Unfortunately, the post-surgical shoe was difficult for me to wear, owing probably to some arthritis in my ankle, on top of the surgery I recently had. The shoe does exactly what it's supposed to do, which is to angle the toe area upwards. The angle isn't really that high but it was for me.
