Absolutely amazing customer service from Deborah. My parcel got lost and another was sent promptly. Everything was hassle free and sorted quickly. Received a package with a few items missing. Got on to BPerfect and Deborah was so helpful! She apologised for the inconvenience and advised she will send these items out as soon as possible. Its a very busy time of year for all so these things can happen but it was great to see how quickly the issue was resolved!

I recently ordered 2 products, but unfortunately one of them was incorrect, when I contacted bperfect, I had a very quick response from Deborah and she was very apologetic and is forwarding on the correct product. I have always purchased from bperfect as their products are excellent and the service is very quick, woukd highly recommended them

Ordered the Katie Daley powder for a work event this week. It’s still not arrived. Still says waiting delivery?! Really put me off ordering in the future. Not sure who’s at fault, Royal Mail or bPerfect. Either way, as a first time customer I’m not sure I’d order again.
Waiting over 10 days have sent 3 emails…
Waiting over 10 days have sent 3 emails got reply with tracking number after first email to get back to them if I didn't receive it by Friday. An Post are saying they dont have the parcel and my order was placed 10 days ago. Got NO reply to either of my last 2 emails. Part of my order is a gift which I need by next week. My first time ordering from them and will be my last. Poor customer service.

Delivery and posting non existent
Delivery and posting non existent ! I ordered in 16-11 over 2 weeks ago, item states will be dispatched ‘within 10days’ not had anything since. The tracking states not even been dispatched. They ignored my Facebook posts , I have emailed and got a reply to say the item is in high demand and once they have more stock they will start shipping as of 5th December. This was not stated at the time of ordering , they did not say it was out of stock it was for my daughters bday 1 week ago ! I won’t be ordering from them again purely due to lack of transparency. If it was clear “out of stock, not shipped until 5th dec earliest” if not have made the order . Just wanted this info to be explicitly clear.
Edit - further info- we have received the item now but a week after my daughter’s birthday . Would be good to have transparency and clearly shown it items are out of stock and won’t be posted until X date earliest on the web site as I would not have placed the order if this had been clear.
