Accidentally ordered the wrong colour…
Love this make up so much but Accidentally ordered the wrong colour foundation and contacted customer service and they changed it for me they were so helpful thankyou to Deborah for sorting it out for me
What an incredible experience
What an incredible experience! Ann gave me outstanding customer service. As a visually impaired customer I was struggling to find brow products that I could use and give natural results. Next thing Ann kindly arranged to have some products sent to me, I was so touched.
When I feel better I cannot wait to try them.

Love this company! Great customer service online and in store! Travelled to Manchester recently and went in store as needed help with shade matching and advised on products, girl serving was great! Accidentally ordered wrong shade of product online and emailed and they changed it over for me before the order was dispatched and very quick service to! Love everything about B perfect!
Issue with product during delivery
Deborah, replied to my email and responded quickly & resolved my issue, the lip oil I ordered had leaked during delivery & once photos were sent, there was no issue replacing the product, customer service was great!

BEWARE! Hidden tariffs Bperfect Cosmetics does not pay or even tell you about.
I live in the US and placed small order with Bperfect Cosmetics. Even though I placed an order through the US.Bperfect site, It was shipped from outside the US. A month after receiving my products FedEx billed me $35 for tariffs! This was not disclosed to me when placing my online order. When I wrote the company they claim no responsibility and state that the tariff warning is somewhere on their website. Companies can be responsible for paying the tariffs. Bperfect chooses not to. And to not tell their customers. Beware and know you will be paying crazy Tariffs to the shipper after you receive your order.

I attended B perfect store in Braehead today and was served by Cora. Cora was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I appreciated her help with getting 2 bundles. I will definitely be back.
Excellent Customer Service
Ordered a brow pen from BPerfect recently which arrived promptly & with a gel pen which was great. Unfortunately the shade Ash Brown that I ordered was far too dark for me. Following emails between myself & Robyn in customer service I was sent a replacement in shade Brown which Robyn recommended for my colouring. This arrived within a few days & was perfect. The customer service I received from Robyn was really great as she went the extra mile to sort out the problem. It's so nice to find a company that not only provides excellent products but provides excellent customer service too. Thank you Robyn.

I just love Beperfect, every time I contact customer service they are so lovely and fix everything promptly and professionally! It is so lovely to see someone from Northern Ireland create and build a brand that has amazing & affordable products, and do so much charity work. All the beautiful products have give me some confidence back, after a long battle with Adenomyosis and endometriosis, can’t wait to get my operation so I can get out and show off my new skin and make up lol so thank you xx

I recently had an issue with an order from BPerfect and i have to say their customer service was excellent. From the moment i reached out they were incredibly quick to respond to all my emails and kept me fully updated. The team were incredibly friendly and helpful and they handled everything very professionally. Overall i am very impressed with their service and wouldnt hesitate to order from them again
I’d get better in a euro store
Waited a week for an amazing surprise box. Got a rotten bright Barbie pink blusher and two lip pencil which nobody would buy. Waste of €18 real charity shop stuff.
