Παραλαβα το πακετο μου με ένα αντικείμενο σπασμένο και ζήτησα αποζημίωση και για να εξετάσουν το ζήτημα μου ζητούν φωτογραφία όπως ήταν αρχικά πακεταρισμενο το κουτί με τα προϊόντα μέσα κτλ..αν ήξερα ότι ήταν να βρω σπασμένο το ένα θα σκεφτόμουν να έβγαζα και φώτο το πακετο πριν το ανοίξω...μετα που το άνοιξα το οποιο ηταν τυλιγμενο με bubble paper και έβγαλα ολα τα προιντα έξω έπρεπε να θυμηθώ πως ήταν τα πράγματα μέσα και να το τυλίξω ξανά με το ναύλο και να το κολλήσω για να εχεται εικόνα πως ήταν το πακετο αρχικά? Αυτό είναι παραλογο

Στη τελευταία παραγγελία μου χωρίς να με ρωτήσουν έβαλαν το δέμα σε θυρίδα διαφορετική από αυτή που είχα επιλέξει και δεν με βολεύει καθόλου. Είναι σχετικά μακριά και με δύσκολο πάρκινγκ. Αν ήταν έτσι δεν θα παράγγελνα καθόλου

Maybe in bigger cities boxnow may work well, but in rural areas, where there is only one box in the next city, to which you need to drive quite a distance (we have a total of 40Km drive to collect an item), boxnow is a real pain in the ass! Two days ago again, the box-system was off, not working at all! So what can you do? You just did 20Km and will drive another 20Km to get back home WITHOUT the package! Also these clowns do not have any phone number anymore, so you cannot even call and ask or inform about a problem! And via email, they responded we shall contact the shop who sent the package, meaning they DIDN't do anything, instead we, as customer should waste even more time and energy to get what? 3Euros back? Absolutely improfessional clows, second time now the same machine was not working! So even though we did have over the last years quite good experiences, all in all, we will never again use this unreliable company...

They deliver consistently to the locker which is convenient for them - typically many km away!

they stole the package, refused to pay me back.When i asked they said "you did not put it in the locker" Package number 4090533096.I send emails to legal, they did not even bother to answer.STAY AWAY

Very bad services and support! Their courier broke the parcel and now they refuse to compensate! Not recommended!

Avoid if at all possible. Parcel put in a box far from me on Vouliagmenis. I emailed to get it redirected before delivery and Box Now confirmed it would be. Three days later they delivered it to the wrong BoxNow on Vouliagmenis. Worse yet, I only found this out when my code repeatedly did not work. Had to walk a km to get the parcel when the BoxNow location they confirmed was around the corner. This is the 2nd time this happened to me, and the same thing happened to a neighbour. Truly awful.

Completely unacceptable company — slow, disorganized, and utterly lacking in customer service. No one should ever use it. Four working days have passed and nothing has arrived from Thessaloniki to Rhodes. This is, without exaggeration, the worst service imaginable.
When I contacted an employee, they were incapable of even telling me where my package was. This is sheer incompetence. They are entirely unprofessional, have no idea what they’re doing, and are completely unable to provide even the most basic level of service.

Крайно разочарование от BoxNow!
За пореден път пратката ми е оставена в автомат, който се намира на над 2 км от адреса, който съм посочила. Това е абсурдно и напълно неприемливо. Услугата уж е „удобна“, а на практика ме кара да губя време, пари и нерви, за да си взема собствената пратка.

Никой не ме е питал дали този автомат ми е удобен, нито има адекватно обяснение защо постоянно се случва едно и също. Ако трябва да вървя километри – по-добре да си я взема директно от склада!

Службата за клиенти е безполезна, а отношението – напълно безотговорно.
Това не е услуга, а подигравка.
След толкова повторения – повече няма да използвам BoxNow и не го препоръчвам на никого.

They took my package back and forth in Greece, I was supposed to pick it up from Athens according to them when I ordered the parcel to Hungary. When I contacted them (3 times at least, only once did they respond) they just said they can't do anything about it. F them honestly

I bought something through Vinted worth over 100 eur. The parcel was being sent through BoxNow. I got a notification that it arrived and when I went to the locker to pick it up, it was empty!! I contacted Vinted right away to notify them that I did not receive my parcel. 24 hours later they just changed the status to “order completed” because they said Boxnow says it was delivered!! No attempt at all to help me locate the parcel! It’s also not the first time we’ve had issues with Boxnow. We’ve had parcels ripped open and emptied, lockers not functioning properly, and now the lost parcel. It looks like their delivery people are stealing!!!
No one cares or is trying to help me find it! I just lost over 100 EUR and they do not give a DAMN!!
I strongly urge everyone to stay away from BoxNow.

Terrible customer service. The boxes can open to different codes, resulting in losing my package after I placed it. They claim it was never found; therefore, nothing can be done; bye. Unacceptable! I think BOXNOW can only be used for delivering low cost items which you done really care if they are lost or damaged.

Παρά πολύ κακή εμπειρία, έστελνα δέματα χρόνια αλλά πλέον δεν την εκτιμώ, μετά από φθορά δέματος (9994271097) που έβαλα που είναι ηλεκτρονικό και θα ήταν αυτονόητο ότι είναι εύθραυστο έστειλα φωτογραφίες στο μειλ αλλά διαρκώς απαντούσαν με Copy Paste να επισυνάψω ενώ επισύναψα πολλές φορές, στο τηλέφωνο δεν απαντάνε και περιμένεις για πάντα στην αναμονή. Δεν θα δεις χρήματα πίσω γιατί δεν μπορείς να φτάσεις ποτέ σε Agent, Δυστιχως με κακό Customer Support δεν θα πάει η εταιρία μπροστά, πίσω στην ACS.

Ostavili su mi paket u paketomatu u drugom kvartu, 15 minuta VOŽNJE od željenog paketomata.
Iz korisnicke podrske se nitko ne javlja više od 35 minuta.

I didn't receive my package, the locker was empty.
I got the message that my package is in the boxnow locker. I went to pick it up, typed the pin and nothing. The locker didn't even open the first few times, finally when it opened, the locker was EMPTY, my package wasn't in there, I immediately took a picture of it so that I have proof so they cannot tell me that I'm lying. And then I began calling the customer support, they didn't want to answer so I kept calling them for 34 minutes before somebody finally answered and surprise surprise they didn't help me at all they were rude and just wanted to get rid of me, then because I wouldn't want to give up they told me that that sometimes happen (THAT THEY LOOSE PACKAGES) and they will try to resolve this problem and get back to me in a few days.. I'm still waiting but if you can avoid boxnow and please don't ship through them.

Μέχρι πριν λίγο καιρό είχα πολύ καλές εμπειρίες όσες φορές είχα χρησιμοποιήσει την BoxNow και την προτιμούσα λόγω της ευκολίας. Παρόλα αυτά πρόσφατα παρέλαβα 2 πακέτα, τα οποία είχαν και τις δύο φορές ανοιχτεί για να δουν τι υπάρχει μέσα. Την ίδια εμπειρία είχαν και γνωστοί μου από τους οποίους οι κούριερς έκλεψαν το περιεχόμενο των αντικειμένων. Προσοχή!

At the beginning, BoxNow was okay. Now? Avoid it at all costs.

If you’re lucky, they’ll take 5–7 days just to find an empty locker because most of them are always full. Or they’ll make you drive 20 minutes away to pick up your order from a locker far from your delivery address.

If you’re not lucky, the system will send you a PIN, you’ll go to the locker, enter the PIN, and only then find out that there is no empty box available. Complete waste of time.

Customer support is almost impossible to reach. In some cases, they even make you pay first and then send the order back to the seller after days of silence.

That’s exactly what happened to me. I received an email saying my order was on its way and that I had to pay to receive the PIN. I paid — and then nothing. No PIN, no updates.

After 3 days, I called them and was told the box was “too big” and had been sent back to the seller. 7 days later, the seller still hasn’t received it — and the seller is only 20 minutes away from my address.

Unreliable, poorly managed, and frustrating.
I won’t use BoxNow again.
