Disappointed with trousers that were described as with stretch.
Beautiful trousers but not
as described.
On pulling them Up, there was no stretch at all. I pulled my arm out.
Been in severe pain since now over a week. Can't use it , off work.

As always the service is brilliant and very speedy unfortunately on this occasion I will be returning my order as just wasn't quite right for me.

Quality of material was very poor. I have noticed with several recent purchases that they are poorer in fabric quality than I am used to from Box 2. I have been a customer of Nicki's since Duke Street days. It is a shame.

I have bought items from Box 2 for many years and find them always good and reliable. I have many items but those that l dont want,l return and get a full refund. They form the backbone of my wardrobe. My favourite items are the Robyn trousers which l have in all the colours as they wash well,pack beautifully and always feel and look good.
