Fantastic customer service from start to finish, we made a purchase in December. We made the purchase over the phone, went through all the necessary paperwork, was quick and easy. We knew delivery wouldn't be til the new year which wasn't a problem for us. The sofa had arrived this afternoon, we was told when it would be arriving at the beginning of the week.
