Bouden coach travel  Omdömen

I had a fantastic experience with Bouden Coach Travel! I work for an arts not-for-profit organisation called Live & Local based in Warwick and Bouden provided the transport for our recent promotional roadshow.

The roadshow was quite logistically complex, as it took place across 7 non-consecutive dates, with each date covering a different region, and between 2-4 stops within that region in a single day! All other minibus hire companies I'd spoken to were unable or unwilling to accommodate such a complicated booking, but Bouden were superb and tailored their services to our needs exactly.

In particular, Sales Administrator Emily was so incredibly patient with all my phone calls! I am so grateful for her help and guidance as we were the main points of liaison between our two organisations during the planning of this complicated event!

Bouden also provided us with a discounted rate due to our bulk booking, which was very much appreciated. We had a 16-seater Executive Minibus (a different vehicle and driver each day) which was more than spacious enough for our needs. On a couple of the dates, we were given Luxury Vehicles with fitted tables instead, which was a nice bonus!

Speaking to the company's willingness to accommodate our needs, Bouden also allowed us to affix magnetic signage to the outside of the minibus each day to help promote Live & Local whilst we were on the road. Moreover, we were incredibly grateful that they allowed us to leave our equipment on the minibus overnight between the final 2 dates of our tour.

All our drivers were extremely personable, professional, and easygoing - Leon, Nidhal, Amar (and any others whose names I've forgotten!), you were an absolute pleasure.

Thank you to everyone at Bouden who went the extra mile to help us with our booking, we will certainly be using you again if we attempt a similar event in the future!

We were picked up from Heathrow airport I had simple instructions on what to do and how to contact the driver he was really helpful and made the last leg of our journey home very easy. We will definitely be using Bouden again!!

very professional service from initial contact to drop off back to our club at end of day

We've used Bouden travel for both corporate transport and transporting staff from site to site, regardless of the job attention to detail and supply is always first class

I've used Bouden for the last two years and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team

This company was extremely easy to deal with from the moment we reached out to enquire about our booking, right through to the journey. Communication was great and was one of the cheaper quotes we received online. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly and the luxury mini bus it was lovely. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for a wonderful experience with your coach company!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip yesterday which was made even better with the aid of such a stellar service.

Our driver, Tom Hughes was excellent. His professional, friendly and easy-going personality was very much appreciated we were privileged to have him as our driver.

Thank you once again for all your help and assistance and we hope we will be able to use your services again in the very near future.

Bouden's coaches arrived on time, were exceptionally clean and both drivers were pleasant despite it taking over an hour top get our bags from the airport. Company responded quickly to all our queries. Would be very happy to use them again.

Brilliant experience. Company was very responsive, accommodating, and provided an excellent coach that more than fit our needs. Would highly recommend.

Great company, very professional. Nothing was too much trouble, even though I changed my booking time very last minute, they accommodated it no problem. Pick up was on time at both destinations and we had a stress free travel

Very professional company, sent full itinery including timings and destinations. The night prior provided our drivers contact details. Our driver Qais was fantastic, very professional and although we hit a standstill on the motorway for over an hour we still arrived just in time.

I have used Bouden Travel a few times now for my work group transfers and they have been great at all times. Very organised from booking up until the job is complete. Will definitely be booking with them again.

Turned up early for our booking. Timothy the driver was great, sociable and checking that the timing was ok for our trip. Nice smooth journey with no issues.

We used Bouden Coach Travel on the 14th October to take our guests to and from our wedding, from the moment we booked to the final journey everything went so smoothly and communication was brilliant. Many thanks from the new Mr and Mrs D. Woodbine.

Great service. Needed a minibus quickly and it couldn't be better. Great communication from the driver to help find the vehicle, he also drove professionally and safely.

Apart from a mix up with booking, which was very stressful, I was very pleased with the company. The bus was nicer than I had expected, both drivers were lovely and customer service team were also good. Would have been a 5 star review if not for the mix up

We booked a coach for our family to take us to a funeral and from start to finish the service was excellent and Tom our driver for the day was absolutely fantastic! We can’t thank him enough! An amazing guy and thank you for your services
Kelly and family

Booked a Bouden’s mini. Bus for 15 ladies to go to see Moulin Rouge in London. From booking, pick up & drop off the whole process was excellent. Lovely driver, immaculate & comfy coach. Plus great value for money. Special thanks to the driver who not once complained to our loud laughter & music. Highly recommend.

Swerved straight into my lane without even looking. Had to slam on brakes.
Then decided to brake check me.

If you care about your lives don’t use these. You’ll be in an accident
