Compensation

Helpful service of I had tried to do this on my own I think the airline would have resisted or at best taken a lot longer to pay out

BEWARE

This company somehow got my details from a third party post an accident. They then acted as they had been told by the company I am dealing with to act on my behalf on the claim.

The company am dealing with has no knowledge of them.

Beware of this company.

Aggressive bullying tactics - Bott & Co Solicitors

PLEASE SHOW ME PROOF THAT I SIGNED A DOCUMENT ENGAGING YOU. They bombard you with pointless repeat emails allegedly 'updating' you of the Government position on a claim. They think they are being crafty so they can claim we are 'acting on your behalf'. I do not recall engaging them hence I requested they supply proof of such engagement. What document did I sign to say you can act on my behalf? Also, if indeed you have carried out work on my behalf, send me a bespoke itinerary of the work that you have done. Imaging charging 47% of compensation pay-out fees. Not just extortionate but clear and pure greed. Shame on you!!

Excellent service all the way

Excellent service all the way. We got some recompense for our cancelled flights when the airline told us we were not entitled. All done online without issues.
