Very happy with this product. It is extremely well made, buttons snap together effortlessly on closure without need to line them up.

I've got the Petra watch case (6) in Togo leather since last week. The quality of the case is by far better than my current vegan watch case one with a reasonable price. For example, rigid structure, shiny hardware, premium outside leather, fine interior, well fit pillow, packaging, and delivery.

It’s really difficult to overstate the quality of the product. I purchased a daily routine tray a while back and was blown away. I had a watch box that sat next to the tray, but the routine tray made my old watch box look cheap by comparison so I decided to upgrade the box. I ordered a watch trunk in the same color scheme as my tray and man oh man is it a beauty. I couldn’t ask for a higher quality item. I’m really happy I made the investment. I also got a really good deal during the week of Black Friday.

I purchased one alligator leather watch roll on 8/28/2023 and they promised me to ship the exactly the same watch roll with a very unique leather pattern and interior color I selected. But they delivered to me a wrong leather pattern and wrong interior color watch roll on 10/10/2023 which I did not select.

After couple weeks communication through many emails, they still can not deliver me the correct watch roll on 10/17/2023. It was a very bad customer service recently and poor shipment control process now.

If Bosphorus carefully compares the correct watch roll I selected (Bosphorus promised to deliver on emails 8/28 & 8/29) with the wrong watch roll I received on 10/10 (attached pdf photos email to Bosphorus), Bosphorus should find out they shipped totally wrong exterior leather pattern and wrong interior color watch roll. That is the reason I said Bosphorus has serious stock shipping and tracking process control issue.

Bosphorus called me on 10/17 Turkey evening time to resolve the shipment issue. Now I am more comfortable to purchase Bosphorus product.

On 10/19, I feel Bosphorus is very candid to resolve the wrong watch roll shipping & handling issue: exchange original 3-watch watch roll with alternative 2-watch watch roll & gift me one special watch case/roll. I decided to rate Bosphorus as a 5-star product company.
