This was a DISASTER AND BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!! And nobody is prepared to actually sort out my issue. There was a mistake on the name of the ticket booked and when I called after the booking was made I was told it is not an emergency I must call in the morning. When I called in the morning they said it is too late and they can not help??? Serioulsy!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We confirm that the matter was investigated by our system support who were able to confirm 3 attempts were made to secure the booking. The first session contained your details. The subsequent sessions however contain Jacques names. This is quite possibly a auto fill from your browser as our booking platform does not allow for auto-population.
In addition to this you had the opportunity to review the names on the booking prior to making the payment.
We are mindful of your attempts to correct the error on the day the booking was made. Kulula bookings are immediately issued upon receipt of payment.
Furthermore, the airline does not permit us to void or cancel tickets on the same day as the same fare rules/options would apply.
The options you have available have been provided to you directly. We trust you will find the above in order and remain at your disposal. ~ Thea

These should carry a warning particularly for those not airtravel savvy.
