It's a complete scam. Don't spend your money here; it's a waste of money.

They take your money with a lifetime LTD offer and then the service they provide is poor, not just poor, but terrible. Customer service is non-existent; they don't exist.

The worst thing is that it's a scam. It's a strategy to take money from LTD offers and initially comply with a panel, but then the service is practically non-existent, horrible.

So don't spend your money here; it's the worst there is. It's throwing money away.

These people steal money. You will lose your funds. After the refund period ends, your website will be suspended, and you will be asked for additional money to access and use it again. It's a financial loss. These people have no fear of God. They are scammers and fraudsters; beware of them. This is my advice to you. I tried them, and after a short time, my account was closed because they required domain registration through them. They changed the names of the website's folders and prevented me from uploading my sites to their servers.

Betrug ohne Ende.

Habe meine Domain die zu meinem Unlimited Hosting dazu war vom Support löschen lassen, damit mir keinerlei Kosten mehr entstehen -> danach keinerlei Zugriff mehr auf mein Hosting-Paket, dann mit einem neuen Supportticket neue Zugangsdaten angefordert und dann sollte ich eine Gebühr i.H.v. $19.10USD bezahlen.

Vorsicht Betrüger!
Sperren grundlos den Zugang und behaupten illegale Handlungen welche aber nicht stimmen. Verlangen dann mehrfach Geld wegen Freischaltung. Absolute Betrüger.

Short Version: My website has been down for over a month so Avoid Bonohost Like the PLAGUE!

I purchased a so-called “Lifetime Webhosting Deal” with Bonohost via StackSocial back in August 2021. Everything seemed fine for a few years, until July 2025 when my websites went down and my hosting account was suddenly suspended without any prior notice.

When I contacted support, Bonohost claimed my account violated their Terms of Service because I had “no active domain pointing to their DNS servers.” After pressing them for evidence, it took them a full week just to reference a vague line in their Acceptable Use Policy that simply describes the purpose of hosting (“to publish websites”) but says nothing about requiring a domain to be pointed to their servers.

They then demanded an extra $19.10 “account salvation fee” to restore my “lifetime” service — effectively holding my hosting hostage. Even worse, they claimed my sites had “zero bandwidth usage,” ignoring the fact that this was only true because they had already suspended my account!

This entire experience has been unprofessional, misleading, and a clear breach of the “lifetime” promise that was advertised. Their excuses are not backed by their own Terms of Service or AUP.

If you value your money, your time, and your websites, do not trust Bonohost’s so-called lifetime deals. They can and will invent requirements later to cut off your service and demand more money.

!!!Avoid Like the PLAGUE!!!

This is their final response after randomly ( no notice at all ) cancelling my cPanel access for my Lifetime Hosting.
It took about 3 weeks to get a response

We have feedback from the security team and
they found you had no active registered domain name in your hosting account
which is why it triggered a breach of ToS and hence your account was suspended.

Due to compliance to ToS it is necessary for users of the
shared hosting platform
to have at least one active domain name in their account
pointing to our platform.

As there was no active registered domain name
the procedure for account salvation is $19.10USD and then you
either put an existing active domain name onto the account
or register a domain name at
[URL for their cart]

After both requirements are fulfilled
your hosting account will function again.

I recently purchased a lifetime subscription for the
unlimited hosting service. The tech support is the
best I have ever experienced, they answered all my
questions the same day, even on weekends. I can
highly recommend the hosting service especially if
you are inexperienced like me and reliable support
is most important.

A spam hosting provider, has blackmailed me after suspending my account, demanding $87 or they will delete my account and data. They didn't specify what I've supposedly done wrong. I only host unimportant sites on their service. I knew from the start they were unprofessional and cheap, only greedy and unconcerned about their online reputation. They've accused me of "SpamVertising," which is an unfounded claim. All I'm doing is hosting websites with hardly any traffic.

before we can unsuspend your account. There are also admin fees to
rectify each case.
After both requirements have been satisfied we can consider to unsuspend.
You then have some time to clean up the account so we can release the
account from review.

If you do not comply, we can delete the data that should not have been
in the account at any time.

Late payments attract late fees. Unpaid invoices are subject to collection.

Suspended accounts not rectified within fifty days may be terminated without recourse.

We appreciate your cooperation to keep the platform in good order.

I purchased BonoHost Unlimited Plan: Lifetime Web Hosting Subscription. It's very bad for anyone who is going to buy this service please stop. Then go buy another one. This service will find excuses to suspend service and collect fines in order to continue using it. This may be the real reason the service is still able to continue because the revenue from the fines, if not paid, everything will be deleted without any conditions. And there is no remedy at all from Stacksocial.

Complete scam. Disabled all our accounts without reason. No one to contact. No emails about disabling. nothing. Did lifetime deal. Worst host ever dealt with.

I purchased the BonoHost Unlimited Plan: Lifetime Web Hosting Subscription on July 19, 2024, and today, September 17, 2024, I woke up to find my hosting panel disabled without any prior notice or explanation. I tried contacting BonoHost urgently, as I have many websites hosted with them, but received no response. I wasn’t even able to make backups of my sites. There’s no live chat option, and their ticket system takes days to respond.

BonoHost is using deceptive techniques to extort more money from clients. No other hosting service has ever accused me of violating terms, especially since I make it a point to read and follow the rules. BonoHost blocks accounts and disables hosting panels without justification, and now they are demanding additional payments just to reopen my account. This is clear evidence of abusive practices.

Now I understand why they offer such low prices upfront, only to demand more money later when they falsely claim that you’ve violated certain rules — which is completely untrue. Regardless of how attractive the price may seem, think twice before purchasing. The customer service is non-existent, no one responds, the hosting panel is extremely slow, and their business practices are dishonest.

I purchased an LTD from stacksocial but didn't take long to get suspended because my website used 5gb of their hard disk, and apparently it's too much for them. I don't understand the word unlimited and lifetime in their plan.

This company is a scam, Bonohost is bad hosting provider.

They advertise a lifetime package but send an email feedback that it only works for 5 years. They will then consider renewal again.

They introduced hosting services without limit capacity, but when uploading 100gb of data then they locked the hosting account and required an account reopening fee of 43usd.

I asked them to reopen my account so that I could backup my data and leave, but they didn't respond to the ticket and just repeatedly reminded to pay the 43usd account reopening fee even though I did nothing wrong.

Bietet Lifetime Paket aber sperrt den Account nach einiger Zeit! (Bei mir nach einem Jahr)
Willkürlicher Grund ist "Datenspeicherung" was angeblich gegen die AGB verstößt.
Bei anderen "Traffic" ..

Also Bonohost ist eine Falle dass,
mit Lifetime Paket neue Kunden angelt und nach gewisser Zeit erfundene Rechnungen sendet.
Jeden Tag kommt dann die Rechnung als E-Mail bis man es bezahlt.
Man bezahlt NUR mit der Kreditkarte und die Kreditkartendaten kann man danach nicht entfernen.
Support löscht die Kreditkartendaten auch nicht und fordert sogar Ausweis vom Kunden !
Lieber andere bewährte Anbieter wählen als diese Abzocker von Bonohost!
