Bolt were recommended by a work colleague - easily the best recommendation I have ever had. The team were efficient, careful, punctual and polite.They made the whole process stress free. Everything arrived unscathed. I opted for the packing service. They came the day before and packed everything in a few hours, saving days of work and much stress. Thank you to Fabian and the whole team. I hope I can pass on the good deed and recommend Bolt myself.

If I could give more stars I would. We've used a lot of removal companies over the years, and hands down these have been the best.

Fabian and his team were brilliant!

We were moving home, they turned up early, loaded the vans accomadated us by also loading up from a storage unit near by. When ibwas vacuuming they even move furniture out of the way for me!

Unfortunatly house move didn't complete due to other issues in the chain but they were willing to move our items into a storage unit near the destination address.

Honestly such nice people too.

They covered TVs, doors placed rugs down on carpeted areas. They were brilliant and well prepared. What was a stressful day was definitely made easier by them. Definitely going to recommend them to others in thr future.

I'm sorry this has taken me a while to write....I'm still 'moving in'!!

I wanted to write to say how 'blown away' I was by the service your guys provided on the day of my move. It appeared that nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish and everything was completed with cheerfulness and good humour (despite two flights of stairs in the new property!). They certainly went 'above and beyond' my expectations - one guy even supported the weight of my backpack as I was walking with it! When I couldn't find my handbag they showed real concern and helped me to unpack my car in an effort to find it. Please let them know that I had left it in my old house and I have now been safely reunited with it! All in all, your guys made a very stressful day more manageable than I was expecting. Please pass on my heartfelt gratitude to them all - and I will be recommending Bolt Removals to anyone and everyone!

Move from Thornhill to Cyncoed.
A move from one house to another is always stressful. But from a large house to a smaller one! The guys from BOLT made it a lot less pressurised. Quick, efficient and pleasant. When completed the first stage - and in record time - all down to the new smaller house!! It all miraculously went in and they were happy to carry things to the right place in the new house, even having input as to where things would best be placed in the room 😂.

Would definitely recommend BOLT and would definitely use them if we ever need anything transported elsewhere. Also quite easy on the eye for us ladies 😉

A home move made ridiculously easy by Bolt, amazing service before the day, followed by brilliant service from the 3 on the day. Move all wrapped up home to home with a 12 mile journey in 4.5 hours, 2 Luton vans. Exceptional.

Very professional service with friendly movers who could not do enough to help us. They were on time and were very patient when the purchase had not fully gone through. They took a part many items and quickly reassembled them. Can not recommend them enough.

Bolt Removals were fantastic from start to finish. Their level of customer service, responsiveness and support was incredible. Our two removal men had the van packed up within an hour, kept us up-to-date whilst in transit and had everything unpacked so quickly and efficiently. Such lovely people.
