This is the second time I have used Bolt Removals. The first time was for a full house move within Cardiff, and the second time was for a partial house move from the West Country to Cardiff. They were completely professional, friendly and helpful both times. I highly recommend.

Bolt Removals were excellent from start to finish. The initial visit to assess our house contents inspired confidence and the quote for the removal, including a large piano, was very competitive. The packing of our breakable items the day before the move was completed efficiently and Nicolas was very helpful and friendly. The team arrived five minutes early on moving day and were thoroughly professional emptying the house and loading the vans – we couldn’t believe how hard and how fast they worked, and how much care they took of all our things! They followed all our requests when unloading and setting up in our new home and checked carefully room by room that we were happy with everything before departing. They were hardworking, good humoured and their teamwork was excellent. When we unpacked we didn’t find a single thing that had been broken or damaged. Don’t hesitate to book them for your next move!
