Nice products but inaccurate sizing
Loved the products but sizing, on bralette for me, is wildly off, I measured myself three times before ordering. Bralette is much too small.
I shouldn’t have trusted the sizing guide.
The products are nice but not ordering from their sale section until I know for sure what the appropriate size is.

I have many bralettes from blush in…
I have many bralettes from blush in lots of colours. I wear them all the time. It doesn’t really feel like you have a bra on. I’ve also gotten some of the more fun pieces too, and also loved them! I’ve had them last for years and only just replaced a few, the quality is great!

Will not buy again
The products are beautiful BUT
They don't offer the shipping to return if it doesn't fit. For a company that sells mostly underwears and only online it makes everything very complicated. They say they offer it if it's an exchange, but in my order I had one item to exchange and one to return and they only had the option to charge the shipping. I had to return everything because if I exchange and it still doesnt fit, well, I have to pay shipping AGAIN. I asked to deliver it myself since I live in Montreal and they say it's impossible. I understand it's not a boutique, but I find it very strange since it doesnt make a difference for them if it's delivered to the door by a delivery person or the customer.
Terrible customer service, it was very unpersonnal and they just stopped answering at one point.

We’d like to clarify that free exchanges are available on eligible items. Additionally, when choosing merchandise credit instead of a refund to the original payment method, the return fee is waived.
Regarding in-person returns, while we understand that being located in Montreal may make this seem like a convenient option, our warehouse is not set up to accommodate customer drop-offs and, unfortunately, cannot accept returns in person.
We’re also very sorry to hear that you felt your customer service experience was impersonal and that your communication was left unanswered. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.

Poor Quality
Bra strap snapped the first time I put it on, customer service didn’t care because it was past 30 days. I can’t support a brand that doesn’t back their products and that has clearly let quality control slip. The bralettes are also smaller than they used to be and have larger, bulkier seams which are quite uncomfortable.
Editing to add: that response is exactly what I’m talking about. Every other lingerie brand that’s worth supporting has been amazing when there are flaws in the product, no matter when I reached out. If a product is faulty, it’s faulty. It doesn’t matter when that fault is found. The strap was missing stitches, was flimsy and therefore it snapped. I have photo evidence. I usually buy in bulk to stock up, so some items don’t get worn right away. They encourage you to bulk buy with their deals.
It’s extra disappointing because I have been supporting Blush for years, and when I needed support, they didn’t care. Losing a customer over a $35 bralette. There’s other brands absolutely worth supporting, that care and have a better warranty and return policy.

After reviewing your correspondence with our customer care team, the item in question was more than two months beyond the applicable warranty period when the issue was reported. While we always aim to assist our customers whenever possible, we are unfortunately unable to provide warranty coverage indefinitely and must apply our warranty policy consistently.
We understand how frustrating it is to experience an issue with a product, particularly if it occurs the first time it is worn. However, because the concern was brought to our attention well after the warranty period had expired, our team was unable to offer a warranty replacement.
We also appreciate your feedback regarding the fit and construction of our bralettes. Customer feedback is important to us and is shared with the appropriate teams as we continually evaluate our products.

Nous tenons toutefois à préciser qu’il était tout à fait possible d’échanger les articles pour une autre taille, ce qui aurait permis d’éviter les frais associés à un retour pour remboursement. The quality of the items I purchased…
The quality of the items I purchased was simply very poor overall. One item came in a plastic bag but had a long hair inside like someone else had tried it on.
I washed the garment and didn’t bother to contact blush. But I wasnt impressed.
Very strict rules about returns where the customer usually pays the shipping to return even damaged items.
The sizing is also wrong even if you contact customer service for clarity. They will tell you to get the wrong size and then you’re stuck with an item way too small or big.
I had expected so much more from a Canadian company but I have to say I wouldn’t shop there again
