Second year in a row Bluesteps takes 90€ from my account. Bank identified it as fraud-suspected transaction but still the payment passed. Tried to contact Bluesteps Customer Support for a month now, no reaction whatsoever.
This is pure theft. Stay away!!
Taking further legal action!

I used AESC/BlueSteps' services more than five years ago. Then, out of the blue, BlueSteps tried to charge a subscription fee that I never approved. Fortunately, the bank identified the operation as a possible fraud and rejected the charge. I initially thought it could have been some operational error. I wrote to the email addresses BlueSteps provides as contact details on its website to warn them about the error. I clarified that I had not subscribed to any service and requested BlueSteps to delete my account. However, I have not yet received a reply (interestingly, BlueSteps opened the first email within 24 hours of their reception). On the contrary, they have tried to charge my card twice since then.
As explained in my last email, if BlueSteps doesn't remedy the problem or remove my personal data from their databases, the next steps will be to raise an official complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office for violating the GDPR law and inform my Business School about their malpractice.

I have paid a full membership and when I tried to register for a training, it never worked. I never got a response from the support team or Simeon, who seems to be the general manager/ CEO.

Its a fraud, 0 stars. They used to have lifetime subscription..not sure right now, but once you pay, they will take mess-up with you subscription and no one responds to support email.

Total scam. In my opinion the good reviews here are suspect. Run as fast as you can.

BlueSteps is running a scam. They get you to sign up for a “Lifetime Membership” for hundreds of dollars but they hide the fact they then charge you $99 a year on your card with zero notification. And it’s impossible to cancel. There is no BlueSteps phone number and they never answer a single email. I’ve been trying to reach someone there for six months with no luck. I had to have my credit card company block more charges from Bluesteps. VERY DEVIOUS SCAMMY BEHAVIOR!

The team is readily accessible for any issue or resolution. Their pricing is very reasonable, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for web management/SEO to build their business.

Paid for the premium service, no contact, no interest, no answer… nothing. Of very little value to EMEA customers.

I have been thoroughly impressed by the quality of the search consultants leading the sessions I've attended. Connecting with these search consultants through these events is a significant advantage, and they have been kind enough to add me to their networks. Additionally, it's been great to revisit past webinars and take note of the search consultants and career advisors who host them. The insights and connections gained from these sessions have been invaluable.

I recently attended an outstanding networking event hosted by BlueSteps. The event was well-organized and brought together a diverse group of professionals and industry leaders. The atmosphere was welcoming and conducive to meaningful conversations and connections. The event's highlight was interacting directly with executive search consultants and career advisors. Their insights and advice were precious, and I appreciated their willingness to engage and share their expertise. The event also included informative sessions that provided practical career advancement and job-searching tips.

Similar to the experience of others. Paid a lifetime membership in 2019 (£229) for no value and within 6 months they took another credit card payment and continued to try and take payments. Generally uncontactable. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The global experience, in depth knowledge of topics and sensitivity to different cultures and contexts is immensely insightful

Breadth of speakers' experiences and geographies was very much on point given the topic.

Really enjoyed the webinar. Well organized and relevant content, the panel was articulate and spoke from deep experience. The moderator kept the conversation moving in a dynamic way. 10/10 would do it again.

It was a solid albeit simplistic review of LinkedIn and personal branding. The title of the session was 'Positioning Your LinkedIn Profile for Executive Influence' but the session delivered was 'Positioning Your LinkedIn Profile for Executive Recruiters'. There is long term value in positioning for influence that has nothing to do with getting a job today or possibly ever. For instance 10% people are self employed (often at a very high income level).

Absolute Thieves. I aid for their service in 2019, received one introductory consultancy for a reasonable cost but decided not to use their service because generic and avg quality.

in 2024 I receive a charge on my credit card of 79 pounds for membership I have never received, I sent 5 emails to get it corrected and they have not replied. I'm trying to stop the bank from paying but I'm to sure I will be able to do it. To unsubscribe from the website you need to send an email to the same address from which I have received any answer.

I'm going after them, but do not fall in their trap

Simply a scam, disguised in c-level profiles and events.
I was first tempted to a 1 year subscription that ended very quickly with an "exclusive" offer for a "lifetime" subscription. But guess what, suddenly the "lifetime" turns into a yearly that is expired and they ask you for an exorbitant yearly renewal amount.
Not only that, you are promised exclusive access to exclusive content, which turns to be available everybody on publicly available websites. And when asking about specific geography opportunity, you are told that there aren't many available for this geography and they are only US based.
You see every issue has a manipulative answer and you never get the honest truth that this is scam for those aspiring to be in the senior leadership ranks.

Scam. Complete scam. RUN AWAY!

If I could give them zero stars, I would.

They are simply preying on vulnerable people who are looking for jobs.

As others have written, they take your $299 then auto renew your supposed "lifetime membership" for $99 each year.

Their executive listings are aggregated from other sites.

They don't have any actual customer service to speak of and don't respond to inquiries.

At best, they are grossly incompetent and at worst they are criminal.

Don't waste your money or time.
