I got my nose pierced by Miyles was very friendly and so helpful and made sure I was comfortable getting my nose pierced. Had two piercings in the top of my ear done by Miyles. I have to say the customer service from the moment you walk in is fantastic. Miyles was great, careful, kind and very knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend going to blue banana. It is a little more expensive than other places but the way you are treated is definitely worth it.

Elsie did such a fabulous job. Got mine and friend’s navel piercing done. She did it nicely with no pain at all.

My daughter (13) had her navel pierced today at Blue Banana Sheffield by Jess. Jess was lovely and really put my daughter at ease. She answered our questions easily. She clearly was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend and will be going back for future piercings.

Visted yesterday (saturday) and I must say it was not a pleasant experience, i felt like i was a problem and inconvenience I wanted to get my tragus repierced after not putting it back in after a mri scan (my fault) but after explaining to the VERY rude sales woman ( brown hair and glasses sorry i didnt know her name) I was allergic too gold but then only being given expensive gold options and a very shoddy attitude I walked away without a piercing apparently as i was told they only pierce with gold now which from what I saw was very expensive and the choice was not nice I did explain several times I cant wear gold as iam allergic and the attitude and lack of attention got worse immediately she actually waved me off half way through rolled her eyes and ignored me to talk and make a sale with another customer and which i thought was disgusting, iam very disappointed because I have had 5 piercings here before and was offered titanium when i explained. My whole setup is black titanium mainly due to being allergic but also due to being alternative I dont want or need diamonds or pink crystals and I definitely do not need that attitude please train your staff about allergies to piercings and to treat customers with grace won't bother here again
