Honestly, seeing good reviews for belly piercings here is baffling. As soon as I told my friends about what happened, practically everyone chimed in with their own horror stories about getting wonky, rushed piercings done at this exact branch from this exact piercer. I do not think she is professional as she seemed very shaky and unsure which should've been the first red flag but oh well I definitely learnt my lesson.
I got my belly button pierced on Friday afternoon (September 11th). I really wish I caught the piercer's name so I could warn people directly, but I know she works the Friday and Saturday shifts. The placement was completely botched. The needle blatantly missed the marker line she drew, leaving the bar sitting visibly tilted and off to the side. Also she bandaged it immediately after she pierced so I didn't see the mess she had done till I got home .On top of that, she had a cold, dismissive and arrogant attitude the entire time, rushing through the whole thing like she couldn't be bothered. Funnily, she only turned overly sweet the next day flooding me with fake compliments when I walked back in to get it taken out and the crooked bar was staring her right in the face. Probably to avoid the awkwardness.
I had to have the jewelry taken out immediately so my stomach wouldn't end up with permanent diagonal scars. Now I'm stuck with a healing wound and a mandatory 3-month wait before I can get it done properly somewhere else. To top it off, they flat-out refused a refund to my card and only offered store credit holding onto someone's cash after botching a service, Forcing them to go back to the same piercer who botched them is so wrong.
Save your money, save your skin,save your anatomy and avoid permanent scaring and go to an actual professional studio that cares about doing the job right and not just getting it done.

Last minute decision to change my ear piercings on a Sunday afternoon in Nottingham. The staff were welcoming and very helpful as I was spoilt for choice. And Harriet, bless her, she was ready for cleaning up for the end of her day but accommodated my last minute decision without an issue and she was just as excited with how my choices looked as I was! Cannot wait to make another appointment, just need to decide what I'm having next time! Staff, choice and service all excellent!!!

Fast delivery, great price

I went for my navel piercing at the Manchester store a few weeks ago, and ever since then I have only had problems with it. Firstly neither the woman who booked my appointment or the piercer actually looked at the anatomy of my belly button and did not inform me if the piercing was suitable, they only looked at my friends and gave us the same one. A few weeks later I was in discomfort and my piercing was very red so went back to the shop and asked for a consultation, to which the server told me to come back in a week if it is still painful. When I came back a week later I suggested I may need a longer bar, but I didn’t know if this is correct as this was my first piercing and was hoping for advice. I was informed the bar they had put in (12mm) was the longest they had for a floating navel type bar, but they had an 18mm curveball bar that they would see if I needed. When i went for my consultation the piercer again barely looked at my piercing or anatomy and just put the 18mm in, which was HUGE and was literally hanging out of the piercing site, and told me to come back in 2 months to downsize. I left feeling like I hadn’t been given the time of day and now had a ridiculously long bar that kept snagging on everything. Furthermore, the document from my appointment says they upsized to 14mm bar, despite several workers confirming with me that it is 18mm and will be very long. The next day they sent me an email telling me to downsize after only a day of having the 18mm bar, but as I live an hours commute away and was working this wasn’t feasible for me. Plus they shouldn’t have fitted the bar in the first place if they then told me to downsize the next day.
After that I went for a second opinion from another qualified piercer, who told me the bar was ridiculous and it shouldn’t have been pierced with a 12mm anyway as this is the longest bar most places offer and leaves no room for upsizing for swelling. After the bar was changed I was suffering with immense pain around the piercing sight and had to take a day off work due to this, I also went to an emergency doctors appointment and they ended up taking the piercing out due to the pain. Overall this was not a good first piercing experience and I am disappointed that I spent roughly 50 pounds on this to not even have the piercers properly check my anatomy, and I am now discouraged from any future piercings I had wanted.

I had a couple of piercings recently at BB Bristol and the piercer was so lovely. I was pretty nervous and she was so gentle and caring.

Got 3 ear piercings by Edie today and she was lovely throughout making sure I was happy with placement etc. All the staff were lovely and were quick to help with picking out jewellery. Everything was clean and sterile and I would recommend!

The piercer, Kyle, who pierced my nose was extremely professional, kind and super friendly.
