Previously wrote a review of how the piercing went smoothly a week ago and the service was good. The faulty gold star of the ear piercing on the left fell off leaving the rod in my ear and I wasting my money and I got my piercing done just over a week ago. So disappointed and was a mistake to even get my ears pierced. The date of the experience I set was when I got it done.

Grace was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable throughput the whole thing, that was especialy nice considering it was my first cartilage piercing

I had my nose repeierced with el she is so kind and helpful and we had a lovely conversation all the staff at blue banana are truly the loveliest people you could ever meet. El went over things in such detail and made sure i was 100% happy with my placement of my new nose ring! As someone who's had multiple piercings I can't recommend these girls enough! I've had two done from blue banana and ive had no issues at all!

I had such a lovely experience here! The studio was very clean, hygienic and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The waiting time was also really good I didn’t have to wait long at all.
I got my eyebrow piercing done by Charis, and she was absolutely amazing! I was a little nervous beforehand, but she was so friendly, professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable before and after the piercing. The piercing itself was quick and the pain was only around 3/10 for me.
I’m now on day three and everything is going really well with no pain or issues. I’m so happy with the placement and how it looks! I’ll definitely be coming back to Charis for my septum piercing at the end of August. Highly recommend this place and especially Charis! ❤️✨

I had my eyebrow pierced by Heather and she was so lovely and explained how it works and when I felt dizzy she helped out and we had a lovely conversation about tattoos and peircings. All the other staff were lovely too and told me how pretty I looked with my peircing! Im definitely coming back for more peircings!!

Absolutely AMAZING experience, Daisy done my son’s piercing today . Made him feel so comfortable and brave , would highly recommend if anyone wants any piercings . This place is extremely clean and super friendly and welcoming .

First of all, my low rating is due to the girl at reception who was rather rude and unpleasant. I think her name was Shree.
Her general demeanour was unfriendly. When we asked to see the earrings available, she only showed us the very expensive (above £60) ones. And when I asked whether there are any other, cheaper ones, she reluctantly took out the below £10 ones. I think she didn’t like the fact that we were there to use the promotional offer of £15 for any piercings.
On the other hand, Gio, who did the piercing was outstanding. Right from the start, he put my daughter at ease and he did it so expertly that she didn’t even feel it. He was chatty and so friendly. He also asked us to come for unlimited consultations if we have any issues with the piercings. He couldn’t have done a better job!
It’s a shame Shree at the front was so off putting.

I had an amazing experience with Elle. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire piercing process.

Her attention to detail, cleanliness, and confidence really stood out, and it’s obvious she genuinely cares about her clients. The piercing was quick, precise, and healed perfectly thanks to the aftercare advice she gave me.

If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, I can’t recommend Elle enough. She’s incredibly skilled, welcoming, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next piercing!
