Only went for a free eye test (but was suspicious as normally there's a big sales pitch after) and they didn't try to sell me anything - but helped when I asked for it. I visited the Spitalfields store and was more than happy to buy some new specs thanks to the relaxed vibe, genuinely nice staff, and reasonable pricing.

Zozo is really good at giving advice for selecting the frame and colour.

The store and selection were excellent, and the prices and quality are unbelievably good. Deshanee, who helped me, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right glasses for me.

I wanted to purchase sunglasses for sometime and just happen to stumble across Bloobloom, I walked in and was approached by Hafsa who greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed anything just ask, a few moments went by deciding which sunglasses I would buy and I made a decision with the truly fantastic help of Hafsa who’s customer service was of an amazing standard.

From the moment I walked in the store I felt a welcome energy. Emmanuel was friendly and professional helping me with checking in for my appointment whilst waiting for the Optometrist. After my eyes had been tested he had a great choice of frames for me to look at without me even telling him what I was looking for. So much so, I chose 2 pairs he suggested.

The Optometrist was also great explaining the changes in my eye sight and advising me on my best option for lenses.

Had a really great experience at the Kings Road branch, very friendly and helpful staff that allowed the time to try on lots of frames and were not pushy trying to up sell. A far better experience than other high street opticians. Amazing range of frames and very reasonably priced. Also love that there is home delivery. Also thank you to Roberto for being great.

Went into the store in Westfield and I was served by a lady called Dua. She was super friendly, helpful and patient, showing me all options they have available. The customer experience was great and relaxing, she helped me choose which pair to buy and which frames fitted my face shape with no pressure selling. Would recommend!

I went to the Marylebone store just to try on some sunglasses, and the tall blonde assistant was incredibly lovely. I ended up going back the next day for an eye test and purchased two pairs of glasses.

Not to mention, the glasses are all stunning, each one more beautiful than the last,
and they suit every style and face. The eye test was very professional, and my assistant was truly amazing. Kindness really does the job and customers do come back :))

I went into Spitalfields bloobloom store today where I was served by Emanuel. The store has a great choice of glasses and the prices are amazing . Emanuel was very knowledgeable and explained the choices of lens to me . I was really impressed with the offer of buying 2 frames and lens and getting £40 off , which I decided to do . Also getting these posted to your door is great . If you’re looking for some trendy frames at a great price I highly recommend Bloobloom .

My first experience in Bloobloom, compared to other opticians I’ve been too is highly recommendable! They have a great selection of frames and colour ways. The optician herself was very knowledgeable and thorough. I got assisted by Wael to select my frame, he couldn’t have been any more helpful with picking the perfect pair.

It was lovely. The sales assistants - Zza Zza, Sholak, Taylor and Emmanuel were all lovely. I enjoyed visiting the Spitafields store by chance. Got the Angel and intend to get the Fan also 💁🏾‍♀️

A newbie to needing glasses, I walked into bloobloom at Canary Wharf and was greeted by Zozo. The store is calm and relaxing, and everything is laid out logically (by frame shape and size rather than in a hodge podge collection by brand names like in other stores). The service was really warm and attentive but also relaxed and zero pressure. Zozo and his colleague helped me pick out what I liked, rule out what I didn't and settle on a pair of glasses that I love. Everything was really clearly explained in terms of the 30 day exchange/returns window and offers available on a second pair. The order and collection process was clear and you can follow progress online. The presentation of the glasses when you get them is a lovely touch, they've thought of all the details. I have every confidence that if I need to pop back for any reason, adjustments etc, I'll be given a warm welcome. Prices are also really reasonable. Really highly recommended!
