I was a bit unsure ordering at first, but everything went smoothly. I received tracking details quickly and my jacket arrived well packed. The insulated flannel jacket is warm without being bulky. Feels like great value for the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for simple winter staples.

I bought the tapered cargo joggers and they fit perfectly. The fabric feels durable but still comfortable. Customer service also replied to my question within a day. Really happy with the overall experience.

I recently ordered a pair of the lightweight slip-on walking shoes and I’m honestly impressed. They’re comfortable right out of the box and feel breathable even after a full day of wear. Shipping was quicker than expected and the checkout process was easy. Will definitely be ordering again for winter.

It feels comfortable, sits beautifully on the body, and gives a really polished look without trying too hard. When my parcel arrived, the outer packaging wasn’t in the best shape, but everything inside was perfect. I also needed to change my size, and the team handled it quickly and professionally no hassle at all. They even double-checked the new size with me before sending it out, which I really appreciated. Now that I have the correct fit, it’s easily become one of my favourite pieces to wear.

The products were good quality and fit well. The only downside was the delivery time, which took longer than expected. Overall happy with the purchase though.

The product is very similar to the pictures, though not 100% identical. Good value for money, especially when bought on sale. The fit runs a bit snug, so sizing up might be better.

Never buy from them sizes are wrong and return is to China and can't get a refund

Blom are not trustworthy. The dress I was sent only partially resembled the one advertised in their photos online. Print & colours did not match, and sleeve length was not the same as in their photo! When I emailed them with my complaint they offered me a 10% refund which I accepted in case I return the dress and never hear back and lose my money too! When I later realised they had duped many customers I emailed them again and they offered me another partial refund! They claimed the dress advertised was cotton but the one I received definitely was not! It has no clothing tag or label stating what the fabric is! The same range of dresses they advertise are also advertised under various other business names online. My purchase was in August 2024 when they stated only a few items left. However that is deception because they are still advertising the same clothing 5 months later…. and again under various business names!

Update to the update. After receiving our parcel back from the fictitous return address via China Customs, I once again advised Bloms-Sydney with a pic of the returned goods, about their dodgy practices. To my utter surprise they refunded 50% of my purchase price. Give them credit for that at least but bet you they're still making 100% on this practice.
