Ordered a sample floor tile and my client liked it. When it came time to place the full order the product is discontinued. Needed another sample ASAP but Blkbox don’t do anything urgently. What a rigmarole trying to get another sample ! Told it would be shipped today (wrong) now told it MAY BE tomorrow. Lost confidence after reading the other 1 star reviews on here

Scam Fitness website For Fitness equipment. Phone Number doesn’t even work on the top of the homepage And they link other Personal Trainer website to their website without even asking the companies permission there’s no one to call or talk to terrible company I wouldn’t use them if I was you

Shocking experience.

They took money for a weight belt. After 2 weeks it has still not been delivered, I have been waiting for it and once I contacted, they said the item was delivered. The tracking link didn’t work and their order status page still says “in transit”

Will be pursuing a refund from my credit card supplier.

We’ve been really pleased with the service we’ve received so far from BLK BOX. Their UK representative, Dan, has been fantastic to work with. He visited our property to carry out a survey and took the time to understand our needs fully. Dan’s expertise and guidance were invaluable in helping us put together the right equipment list tailored to our space and goals.

We have delivery and installation planned for January 3rd, just in time to launch a 12-week transformation program with 12 ladies in our gym starting Monday, January 6th. We’re excited to see everything come together so stay tuned for Part 2, where we’ll review the delivery, installation, and final outcome!

Had a horrible experience buying a squat rig from BLK. They are knowingly miss selling to customers by saying they will deliver between 2-10 days. So I ordered, paid and only when I chased a week later was I told it would be 7 weeks for delivery and they make them to order.

As you can imagine my surprise when I expected it that week (I had already waited 7 days). I went back and forth with the support team and got no resolution so had to ask for a refund and purchase elsewhere.

Mirafit (competitor) delivered within 2 days of ordering, however I still haven’t had my refund.i was told it was processed and I would receive after 5 business days, I chased after 6 and was told it hadn’t actually been proceeded and it would be another 5 days. I said it needed to be refunded same day to which I’ve had no response (or refund) - seems to me this business has cash flow issues so I’d stay well away

The items i ordered were of excellent quality and arrived quickly. Thank you.

Honestly I'd love to review the product ordered but I can't as it never arrived. As good as the product may have been and the price, blkbox are potentially massively let down by their couriers who are useless liars. They supposedly tried to deliver 5x but not one card was put through the door and instructions to leave with a trusted neighbour ignored. The only credit I can give blkbox is they respond to queries via email fairly promptly. But seriously they need to ditch UPS, or as I like to call them, useless parcel service

Unfortunately the worst fitness product company I’ve dealt with to date. Ridiculously long delivery times, about 10 weeks for me. A change of internal system meant my order was also forgotten completely at one point until I chased it. Only the efforts of Keith prevented a 1 star review.

Shop was easy to navigate. Order arrived on time. Product quality was much better than a purchase made for the same product from another supplier.

BLK BOX MULTI-GRIP BAR REVIEW Honestly I'm a little disappointed in the finish quality. The welds on it are awful. There is weld spatter underneath the powder coated paint. I had to re drill one of the holes to get a bolt through as wasn't a clean hole. For the pricing I was expecting impeccable quality. But then It does redeem in functionality and sturdiness. The knurling feels nice and the angles of the handles feel natural when pressing. It is a nice addition to my home gym. Just let down a little by its final finish.

BLKBOX products are just fantastic.
They produce high grade gym equipment but also really good quality belts.

The weightlifting belt if honestly the best I’ve had, and I’ve used a few.
Delighted with my purchase. High recommended.

I stayed in for an entire day and cancelled work clients to do so and the delivery never arrived with no explanation. It came the next day but I wasted an entire work day and lost money. Not good enough especially with no update or explanation
