Purchased an Aeropress and a bag of Muungano coffee as this was the cheapest place I could find an Aeropress. Very impressed with the speed of service. Ordered Saturday morning and the package turned... Se mer

We love the Aeropress coffee maker but obviously that is down to the awesomeness of the Aeropress and has nothing to do with Blak Nektar. We ordered it in December, they started nagging us to write a... Se mer
Great little device, well priced. Great customer service from Kylie too as the delivery provider kept deciding not to deliver it and the first time tried returning to sender. Blaknektar sent a repla... Se mer

Terrible customer service & delivery…
Have ordered oat milk in bulk from there for about a year; the service used to be excellent but the last 4 or 5 months it has been abysmal. Orders late, or lost, with claims that they have been delivered at times when entire household was in. Latest order (a month ago) hasn't arrived, have emailed 3 times, phone number doesn't exist.
Don't know what's happened to them in the last few months, but would definitely not recommend and have given up on getting any money back.

It’s a SCAM, AVOID this roaster
Ordered a bag of decaf CO2 coffee beans and a milk jug, but the beans wasn’t in the parcel, emailed them but got no reply and their phone number is non existent. AVOID this company its a complete SCAM!!!!!! Ended up wasting £10 after the long wait.
All the 5 stars here must be fake!!!

Do not order from them. Never turned up and stopped replying.
Do not order from them. I ordered an aeropress and thought I would try a small company rather than Amazon. They never sent it to me evidenced by the royal mail saying they never received it. I asked them to send it and they said they would. I then asked for a refund and they said they would but again nothing came. I asked them again and they stopped replying. Small companies normally give good customer service but not in this case. I hope they go out of business.

Brilliant Coffee
Brilliant company and excellent coffee. It took me some time to find the one I love most and there's always new options to try. Fast delivery, well packaged and reasonable price. Not sure there's much to add. Just try it! I'm sure you'll not be disappointed.

Helpful customer service
After a few months and a few failed attempts to get my order through to me, a very lovely customer service representative sorted it out for me instantly and the parcel arrived the next day. Very helpful and apologetic.

reliable deliveries
Have been using BN for bulk deliveries of oat milk for well over a year now. They've always been fast and reliable, and cheaper than pretty much all the competition.
