Helpful staff
I was looking to use blacks for the purchase of high price item , an Osprey rucksack , I could have bought online but the staff where very helpful , spent time helping me pick the one I wanted and then ordered it to the store for me when the colour I wanted was out of stock. First class service.

Brilliant Service
Just bought a new Berghaus jacket from this store. 1st service from the moment I walked in. Really approachable staff, especially Stuart who provided some great guidance on a the jacket options. Left with a great jacket that I’m really happy with.

In store staff were as are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, what I wanted wasn't available in store and it was ordered for myself by a staff member. Was told it would be 3-5 working days for delivery, it arrived the next day. First class all round.
