Blacks postal service excellent and in store returns simple, staff in store friendly yet professional and extremely helpful.

I bought a Berghaus fleece for £73 from my local Blacks in Dundee. I also bought a Berghaus beanie that was on sale for £14. Was helped & served nice & politely. Fleece fits well & is warm & comfortable.
Beanie fits perfectly. Nice & tight & feels quality. No problems to report at all. Happy customer. Will be back. Blacks is my go-to for outdoorsy equipment & clothing. Thank you 👍

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa. The first time my mother was looking for walking shoes and although we didn't find the right pair for her, Lisa's knowledge of the shoes and theri characteristics plus her super friendly manner made me decide to come back when I was looking for a pair for myself.
So today I went in and with Lisa's guidance purchased a pair of merrell moab gtx 3's which I hope will serve me well for a few years.

I visited Blacks (in a panic) before a trip to Iceland and Craig couldn’t have been more patient and helpful with everything. I purchased a pair of Berghaus Waterproof trousers, however I forgot to present my £50 gift card when paying on card for my item.
The member of staff was very helpful and called a Supervisor who promptly sorted out the transaction to include my gift card. Very helpful, friendly and fantastic customer service.

Excellent service. Very polite, helpful assistant. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. Not at all pushy. Excellent choice of walking shoes at good prices. Tried on several pairs and given good advice on what to look for in a good pair of shoes. Very friendly assistant.

We were served by George who was excellent in helping us pick a tent that was suitable for us. He had great knowledge, answered all our questions and nothing was too much bother for him. Excellent service.
