Friendly and helpful customer service
We were greeted at the front door by a friendly member of staff. When we started looking at walking trainers Harrison approached and offered help. He was polite and friendly and happy to help with sizes. Good customer service at the till too. Great experience all round.

Great customer service!
Emanuel was really friendly, helpful and professional when helping me select a new pair of walking shoes. I had been having difficulty selecting a pair that fits at other shops and everyone I encountered in the shop was very friendly, and helpful.
I left the shop thinking I will definitely be back for other outdoors purchases, and will prioritise this shop over other, closer options to make sure I make the right decision when buying gear.
